Disc Replay East Indianapolis — Attraction in Indianapolis

First off I just want to say thank you to Frank for helping me tonight. I came into buy the Harry Potter blu ray collection and fantastic beast blu ray collection. I couldn’t find secrets of dumbledoor and he politely looked it up in the system to find out they had a 3 blu ray disc collection, he even went out of his way to find the case, which they didn’t end up having, however he made a custom case for me. Dude, he was so nice and talk I’ve about all my interests. He made sure all the discs were clean and I didn’t even ask him to do that. He was very cool about the whole situation. Disc replay has always been awesome but Frank really outdid all of my expectations on this one.

Personally, I’m very thankful you guys have him at this location. His knowledge on everything and his customer service was 10 stars. Thanks again for everything, you really made me and my family happy, this collection is to help me through a tough time. As long as it runs they will sell it. I bought an original variant PlayStation 4 with a plethora of games for under 300 which I believed was a great deal until the system didn't want to read any of the disc either that or say the disc was corrupted so I returned it for the exact same console just for this one to read and played the disc like normal but, the system hummed so loud that I had to turn the television up to even hear the dialogue so, I returned it for the second time and exchanged it for an Xbox series s All digital just for the guy to tell me that I can only return it one more time and for him to tell me with a smug look on his face that Xbox was better almost like I was returning the PlayStation because I changed my mind about it and wanted to exchange it for another console which had nothing to do with it. I went there to sell some DVD'S and it wasn't a few minutes that went by and they called me, they had went through my DVD'S rather quick, but I didn't think anything about it and when I went up to the counter to see what all that they were going to buy the store associate hands me my bag of DVD'S and let's me know that they could only buy a few of them due to the condition of them being scratched, etc.. The funny part about this is that most of my DVD'S were brand new and I sat in my car taking the plastic off of them before I even took them in because they will not buy brand new sealed DVD'S! Basically they didn't want to mess with them so it was a complete waste of my time for $1.50!!!! Now I have lots of controllers and games and accessories that I need to sell and when I was leaving the store associate made sure to remind me to get over to my storage unit and get all my gaming equipment to bring to them to sell and I said yeah ok lmao I'm not wasting my time with this store!...
