I booked an online couples massage. They asked for my email to confirm. They never sent a confirmation email. That morning I called and confirmed for the couples massage with deep tissue massage and hotstones. The girl said yes it's confirmed for 12:00. I said no, I booked for 12:15. She said no at 12. I said ok 15 minutes one way or the other is fine. We drive out there go to check in she says I have only the massage for you no couples. I said that's your bad, not mine. She said you booked it for 1 online. I said no I didn't. This moron argued with me in the middle of the reception area. I said ok well we could have fixed it if you would have sent the confirmation email or told me this morning instead of agreeing with me. She said Idk I didn't talk to you. I asked who did? She said you confirmed in the notes for you. I said my daughter is right here, she heard you on speaker phone or we wouldn't have come out here. Are you daft? She just continued to argue. They can't even take appointments correctly so I don't trust them with my body. This place is unprofessional and a joke. Don't trust them!!!
Update- I work for a national multi billion dollar company. My regional accounts manager who is located in Las colinas just asked me how it went because she is looking for a good massage therapist for her wife. I told her about the horrible treatment. She was amazed by the lack of unprofessional customer service and asked, they didn't apologize for the confusion and say if you wait we might be able to get you into separate rooms but for the same price? I said nope, just pretty much called me a liar. She said I won't be going there. Side note- there was a couple having a fight in front of their door when we were leaving. The girl was in the guy's face crying. Me and my daughter wondered why the staff didn't stop it. I guess they were too busy screwing up appointments. To answer the post from their management team. I wasn't rude to the staff. I tried to to reason with the person who ARGUED with me. When she continued to argue I said ok and walked out. I called her a moron on here. We do not treat our customers with disrespect and do our part to accomodate them until they are satified. But your response says alot about how you run your business. I asked her why i wasnt sent a confirmation as promised and why i wasnt told when i called earlier there was a mistake? She said she didnt take the call i asked who did and could she get with them? she is the one who rolled her eyes and acted like i was a bother. I told a person on the phone I want thai massage and looking for someone very good at Thai massage. I got to the location and front desk girl asked me if I want 1 hr or more so I told her let me see how massage goes and then I can add more time. She took me to the room which had 2 massage tables and very congested. I lay down & lady came in and start the massage, And then I was feeling relax or anything, it feel like some machine is give me massage, after 2 min some used restroom ans I hear toilet Flash noise, then anyone open or lock other doors you hear the noise, when she was getting oil then her heals noise, when she sit down on stool then stool wheels rolling noise. Then I asked her to call manager and she brought front desk girl and I asked her if anyone else can continue the massage but she said everyone is busy so I told her let's cut in half hours. after few min continuing thr massage she was keep asking if I can extend the time and I told her no. Only received 20 or 24 min of massage and when I was at the front desk to pay, she said or we change $60 for half hour and I m charging you $50 but she added 1.50 credit card fee which she didnt mentioned time of payment.
