I had my nails done a handful of times Cindy and Nancy (she sits closest to the entrance). I am usually 5-10 minutes early to my appointments thinking that I will have my service done at my appointment time. So far, I have not been services on time. If anything, I end up waiting 10-25 minutes on top of the 5-10 minutes being early.
As I wait, i assess the situation and my schedule. I am thinking I should say something for waiting. Reschedule and comeback. But the hassle to reschedule holds me back and wait for my appointment.
Couple appointments ago, I got my appointment mixed up. I wrote it down on my calendar as 11:30 am when my appointment was actually 11:00 am. It was a genuine honest mistake.
Thinking my appointment was at 11:30 am, I was 10 minutes early. Cindy didn’t come out from the back until 11:45 am.
As I was paying, Nancy, with an attitude scolded me for being 30 minutes late. I was taken back because I thought my appointment was at 11:30 am. I responded that I had my appointment down at 11:30 am. She repeated herself again that I was late and next time to call if I am running late or need to cancel. Because I was late, she had to take on Cindy’s customer who came in for a pedicure. I responded, if I was truly late, it was an honest mistake and apologized.
Last week, Cindy was 20 minutes late to my appointment. When I called to schedule my appointment, I asked Nancy Cindy’s availability because I didn’t want to wait. I still had to wait even after confirming her availability. No one called to let me know she was running late or apologized for the inconvenience. Every appointment I had with Cindy, she never apologized for making me wait.
It’s hypocritical to expect the client to be on time or call if they are running late, need to cancel or reschedule. They should hold themselves to the same standard. If they are running late, they should call and notify the customer and apologize.

Read moreLash extension: 3rd visit (2nd fill). I was super happy the first times. Yesterday, I went for my fill. It had been 2.5 weeks, but all but one clump had fallen off the right side. I figured things happen and was happy to have it fixed.
During the appt, I was very uncomfortable. Obviously, I can't see but she was stabbing (?) or using an abrupt technique that was painful. She pulled my own eyelashes out on four occasions. Twice I jumped/startled. Once I said "OW!" (to which she apologized). The last time, I thought maybe I was being unreasonable and tried to be quieter when I involuntarily said "ouch." She put her hand on my shoulder and shushed me that time.
My eyes burned and watered with glue during the appointment. There was something weird going on with my forehead during the appt too. Thought maybe she was just leaning on it (?) but then I realized that she was putting the loose lashes ON MY FOREHEAD and retrieving them from there.
At the end, she did not show me my lashes with a mirror. She led me to the front and wanted me to pay in cash (I declined). I was a bit in shock. When I got to the car, I hated my lashes so much. Left eye already had lashes falling out and the shape of the right eye was totally flat and weird.
They are painful to the touch and I couldn't sleep normally last night. I'm on the hunt today to find a different lash tech to take them off because it is so uncomfortable.
I wanted to like this place. But now...

After my lash visit, my eyes started swelling and getting crusty from irritation and too much glue being placed so closely to my eyelids. When I had my lashes removed at an actual lash boutique, it took over 30 minutes to remove them, as there’s 5x as much adhesive used on my lashes.
I recently came here for 2 separate services. I want to give 5 stars, however there’s some odd nuances that deterred from that purpose.
First and foremost, the salon is absolutely beautiful! -Screams luxury and comfort. Colors compliment all the natural light that come in.
I got a full set of volume lashes. Although they came out beautiful and exactly how I wanted them to, the execution was just a little painful. The glue and clusters are so close to my eyelids that I immediately have eyelid irritation. It has a feeling of tightness. -I was surprised that I was laid on a chair in a walk way in front of private rooms. So I was getting my getting serviced out in the open rather than behind closed doors. Plenty of foot traffic while I laid there with my eyes closed.
I also got a manicure. I understand it was last minute, but they were able to accommodate me. My mani came out clean and pretty, but I may have paid a little higher for a basic shellac mani.
Overall, I would give this place another go. For my nails, for sure. I’m not sure if i would attempt to get lash services again, but my thoughts are...
