Kendall's Hallmark Shop — Attraction in Jacksonville

Just walk into the Jacksonville Hallmark they had christmas ornaments on the shelf to buy. So I had 3 of them. And there not cheap at all so when I go to pay for them im told I can't buy them buy the 2 ladies behind the counter. When I ask why they say you not a member have been shopping there for years and not once I have ever been told I couldn't purchase something for not being a member. I feel as though you are a store that does not get a lot of business you should be more accommodating to your customers bought an expensive Disney ornament and it stopped working and you are willing to do absolutely nothing to fix the problem. How is this place still in business!? Overpriced greeting cards and tacky decor. Go to dollar tree instead where cards are 2 for $1.00 same brand. The associates act miserable with life and made me UNCOMFORTABLE! They're going to have to make some major changes to stay relevant with all the new home decor shops closing in....
