STAY AWAY!!! Shame on Google for not allowing you to post without at least 1 star. so the 1 star is overating!!!
The items in this store are unique which is what drew my husband in there while shopping in near by store. While my husband shopped I saw a 2kt tennis bracelet I wanted and he purchased it. The very next week a few stones were missing. When we took back with receipt they replaced them and we were on our way. Then shortly after that incident, I was in church and the bracelet fell off my wrist. We then took back with the argument they should have inspected it when I brought back the first time to be sure all stone were secure, prongs in tact and clasp was secure. After back and forth dialogue they repaired this defective piece. Serval months later the bracelet broke again in another spot and when I picked it up I noticed that 3 stones were missing. Took it back to store and not only did they not help me but the owner was extremely rude and disrespectful. He wanted to tell me about how buying jeweler works and noone fixes it for free or allows you to trade in jewelry. I explained those are lies . I was wearing a diamond necklace that I sleep and shower in that was a gift in 2005 purchased from Kay's and never had any issues. In fact I had just left Kay's for my 6month inspection of my wedding set and that is for Warranty purposes. This guy was the worst example of a business man and customer service because he started out nasty not even asking if we had the warranty paperwork for the purchase which we do but I was so upset I left while stating I will make sure that told the world to stay away from here.
They are great when you're spending but they don't stand behind the lemon pieces they are selling at the biggest upcharge ever.
Save yourself and just go to a known reputable jeweler that will stand behind and guarantee their work with warranty.
*False response from owner.. I have receipt of purchase and the bracelet was garbage from purchase. It's okay because this purchase taught me a lesson. I and noone I know will ever shop there. You won't prosper scamming...
Read moreVery disappointed i came in to have a stone put back in a peice of jewelry that is very special to me I gave them the stone that had come out while cleaning it 1st they wanted to change me 200 to put the stone in and I had a ring that need new prongs because the stone was loose they told me it would be 2 hours after 2 hours and 45 minutes I went back in they where still working on it but as I look at the jeweler there are a lot of stones that looked like mine so I asked if they took all my stones out of my pendent the jeweler swiped them into a box and said they weren't mine so I said ok 2 more hours later when they finally text me it was ready I get my pendent and the stone i gave them was not the stone that was placed in it . The color and quality is very different if there was a problem with putting my stone in they should have told me it is very noticeable to me and I have before and after pictures you all should be paying me 200 for the mess you made of my pendent...although I wasn't charged in the end and they said they would order a new stone at no cost it was the dishonesty about it that got me the most. I have before and after pictures he tried to tell me that is was the same stone ....knowing it was not and trying to male it seem like it was the one I gave him Shame on you ... and you know you did wrong I don't have a problem paying for good service and you may have a good jeweler but he wasn't good last night and dishonesty will come back around..you where dishonest and straight...
Read moreHonest review! I went to this place searching for a gold necklace for my birthday. Found it online and decided to check them out. I usually shop at Zales Jared and other certified jewelry stores, but because I was looking for a unique gold necklace based off the reviews. I said ok I will try them out. I purchased four items necklace and two anklets. The following 11 days later I went back to the store purchased earrings I wanted which probably overpriced but I liked them anyway. Sam who was my salesman assisted me was kind and professional, but will I return and give my business again probably No. There is no refund policy and 7 days to exchange or store credit. My necklace I was not able to try it on and noticed it was too thin. I told Sam about it and was willing to pay the upgrade price to get exactly what I wanted but because of the policy and not able to try on the necklace before purchase told no due to COVID-19. Now if I had tried the necklace on like most jewelry stores allow I could have made a final decision and happy with my purchase. I mean what is the difference between touching the jewelry and putting it on you are going to clean it anyway. So I will not be returning because I should be satisfied. I'm dissatisfied first not being able to try on jewelry and secondly not able to upgrade to a larger necklace. I will continue to give my money and business to jewelry stores who offers refunds and trying on pieces looking in the mirror and being able to...
