I sat and thought carefully if I should write this review and I ended up with the conclusion that yes people need to know about my experience with this store. A week ago I went to this store and bought a bunny slippers for my daughter as I thought they were so cute. I had my daughter tried on 1 foot of the slippers, I didn't thought about her having to try both feet as the slippers were attached together with strings, so I was assuming that they were both the same size. We went home and only to find out that they were different size. I drove 35 minutes to and 35 from the mall past Friday just to get it changed. My encounter was with Melissa the Assistant Manger on Friday, I told her that I believe that I should get some compensation as it was their mistake that caused me to having to drive all this way just to get it changed. Melissa showed no remorse about the situation and said she can not do anything for me and only changed the size. I was so mad, I took the slippers after changed and stormed out. This was the staff irresponsibleness and I had to pay for it. I didnt want her to reimburse the money, no...but at least maybe a key ring or so to show you are sorry for the mix up. To top this off people I came home with the slippers, my daughter put it on in the house, wore it around ( haven't even been outside with it) and the bunny ears fell off. Upon our investigation we noted that it appears that the ears were already broken off and it was glued back on. For 1 slipper you are able to pop the ears in and out freely when we checked, the other seems it was glued as the top part was separated from the part that is to pop into the hole. Please look on pictures if you can see the difference between both. I am very disappointed with this store and may not be setting foot...

I have a rewards account because the blind boxes are honestly super overpriced compared to online and I was super excited about the new reward for a free blind box on your birthday. When I tried to redeem it I was told I couldn't use my birthday reward on any of the "new" blind boxes, but then the cashier couldn't tell me which ones I would be able to use it on and wouldnt even try to scan the reward. I went back later in the day and a different person was working and she scanned the reward and I got the same blind box free no problem. I hoped this might be a one off issue so I didn't post about it when this happened about a week ago. Today, I noticed the same as the first cashier doing the same thing to a different girl, so I said something but the cashier just shook her head and still refused to let the girl use her birthday reward. This, combined with their ridiculous prices, are why I won't be shopping at any miniso again...

Overall, the store has a great selection of items, and we found a lot of things that were fun and practical for the little ones. However, we were a bit disappointed with the perfumesâthey werenât quite what we were looking for in terms of quality.
That being said, many of the other products, like the toys and home accessories, were pretty good and well-priced. Itâs a nice spot to grab affordable, cute items, but I wouldnât recommend it if youâre specifically looking...
