Hoshicha — Restaurant in Jacksonville

Consistently received ads for this company across Instagram, so I decided to give it a shot. I watched my drink being made closely (Infinity Delight, recommended by the barista) and the mixing cup was filled to about 6oz and poured into a much larger cup. They didn't know the exact size of the cup in oz/mml but it is definitely between 10-12oz. I was given almost more ice than drink. This makes the drink about $1.50 per ounce. Not very impressive. Oat milk was an option but they did not disclose that sweetened condensed milk was part of the recipe. No low sugar or vegan options.

It's a fun concept and welcomed to the ever growing community, however I don't feel the execution is quite there. Staff was great and apologetic, however I was not offered a refund.

AMAZING WONDERFUL I LOVE THIS PLACE THEY ARE SO NICE AND I LOVE COMING HERE!! If I could give them a 100/10 I would!! The milk teas taste wonderful! If i had to pick one, My favorite would be snow miku, it's sooooo goood!!!! And than the shopping area is so cool, and the luffy and zoro figures looks so cool! And talk about how freaking cute it is, the stuff might be expensive but the drinks are only $9, talk about a good price for a yummmmyyy drink! Would recommend if you have a teenager that's 13 or over this place it's awesome and I would love go again and again, Though I wish I can get coupons for the anime stuff- bcs I'm so broke from my last shopping spree there lol 😂 thanks so much and keep having this...
