Jacob is an amazing manager. His customer service skills are unparallel. My brain was so rattled after a huge exam. He listens and assists customers by greeting everyone who enters and offers assistance on sizes ect. Been in about a dozen stores today and this was the only one where I felt welcome or seen. He even offered to set up a fitting room & had helped others with switching out sizes. I was a mess that day and he made a point to encourage me and recommend a coffee stall upstairs. Thank you.
