Jacob is an amazing manager. His customer service skills are unparallel. My brain was so rattled after a huge exam. He listens and assists customers by greeting everyone who enters and offers assistance on sizes ect. Been in about a dozen stores today and this was the only one where I felt welcome or seen. He even offered to set up a fitting room & had helped others with switching out sizes. I was a mess that day and he made a point to encourage me and recommend a coffee stall upstairs. Thank you. My shopping experience is okay here. Employees aren’t really that attentive. But my problem is with the actual quality of the clothes. I’ve purchased 2 pairs of pants that were $98 dollars and they both ripped after the first time wearing them. Same thing with a button up shirt I purchased. I don’t have a physical job literally sitting down 90% of the time. I’ve had cheaper clothes from H&M that have way better quality and have never ripped. I’m done...
