Came here for a concert last night and ordered my reservation in advance with spot hero. And when I approached to the location that was online. The attendant looking at my QR code said that I was in the wrong place. And they were not specific with where I was supposed to go. Almost like they didn’t understand what I was telling them and I got confused. I went to another one thinking that this could be the spot that I’m supposed to go to and I scanned in the QR code and it says that it’s invalid. I was already beyond livid at this point. And the employee that came up to me at this location was so rude, they thought I never done anything like this before. And I told him that I have a reservation for a parking spot. He completely ignored that key information… and made me park into a very crappy spot by a pole and had to keep readjusting. He kept getting upset and yelling at me and I just was so angry already with anxiety from driving 3 hours. I do feel bad because yes I maybe gave them a hard time. But I was frustrated with the fact that I paid $40 online for something that basically “didn’t exist”. And the service with these employees are terrible. Like… do better please… I wish I can get a refund on my $40 bucks because they don’t deserve it at all. I’m never using them ever again. Oh and one more thing… if you’re a white person… be warned. They were treating me like idk my left from my right. And I saw other people who were in that lot of different race and they were smiling and treating them like they mattered. Read moreI’ve been a monthly parking customer in this garage for almost 10 months now. I’ve never had any issues with retrieving my car or paying the fees. Park fast took my credit card info on file and charge automatically on the first day of the month (the charges usually don’t get posted till the second day of the month). If there’s an issue, they usually deal with it in a timely manor. However when I went to retrieve my car today on May 1st, the parking attendant (last name Brempong) insisted to have me pay for the monthly fee and $140 up front (meaning I would pay double the monthly fee+$140). I asked him to check if my credit card info is in the system but he refused to do so (he said that’s his manager’s job, and the manger was not on site). He tried to contact the manager but nobody responded. He then told me to follow him to the exit. I waited him at the exit and he showed up a couple minutes later to tell me that I have to pay at the kiosk. Park fast has been having the system issue for monthly patrons. Not only they did not fix it but they did not do a good job communicate it to their attendants. When trying to leave the parking lot at the end of the night the attendant at booth told us he doesn’t accept our parkwhiz reservation but the parking lot is advertised on the app. He was an African man that was working the booth late at night. I believe he was trying to pocket money from people who already paid through mobile apps and trying to pocket extra cash by telling them the parking lot does not accept certain mobile parking apps. But even at the Lot it says you can pay though mobile parking apps and parkwhiz is one of them. We even kept showing him the receipt and how we paid. He scanned the barcode on the parkwhiz app and it said successful as in we paid but he still wasn’t letting us leave the parking lot. It was a very unpleasant experience and very confusing. I’ll never use this parking Lot again and the owner/owners should watch out for their employees just to make sure they aren’t scamming people to get extra money because I believe this is what that guy way trying to do.
