PADL is very convenient for someone to rent a paddleboard. They have great locations stationed in parks where you can rent a board and walk straight down to the water. The app they've created to rent the board is easy to use and you don't need to do anything ahead of time except check to see if a board is available. I highly...

Awful customer service. One of our two boards would not connect with the app and recognize that it was returned on time so I was billed for an extra hour. Every time I call the support number, I get told that someone else will call me back and the issue is never resolved. Now, I am having to dispute the charge with my credit...
