Our school brought our students to the Ice Terrace as a reward for a academic excellence and was treated horrifically. We arrived at 930 as we were told by Williiam that were allowed to bring the kids early to check in. We were made to stand outside the door without any communication while 6 employees including Debbie the asst manager made breakfast. At approximately 945 employees started coming outside. I stopped Debbie the asst manager and asked her why no one had come to the door and she said "We open at 10 they can read the sign." They being the 2 teachers standing in front of our line of 41 students. I then advised Debbie that William the night manager said we could bring the students early. Debbie then replied" ill speak with him about it, we open at 10am you can check in then" When it was time to check in we were simply clarifying instructions.. Debbie was incredibly rude to our staff. This was the absolute worst customer service experience I have ever had at any Crown Center establishment. It's unfortunate that because we did not want to ruin this experience for our students we had to subject ourselves to her deplorable and unnecessarily...

Really isn't worth it and half the time you are just waiting on some kids so yours can play as well. Big one was the race car one and all the kids were using all of the 20 wheels on two cars. So yeah, needless to say she didn't get to play on that one. Limited Legos plus kids who don't share is never a good mix. As for the rides and movie, they were alright. I think my daughter enjoyed it, so that's really the only thing that matters. Now Sea Life was great. Every single thing she stopped to take pictures and afterwards she commented how much she loved it. All in all, it's a one and done thing as well. I would have rated it lower, but Sea Life...

I knocked a star off as the skates themselves weren't maintained to a great standard (scraggly laces with multiple knots) and were quite painful (3 out of my 5 people though so anyway.) It would have been nice if they had a staff member or two on the rink to help with the more aggressive skaters. I'm a thrillest and love to go fast, but with a full rink, it wasn't the place. The whole time I was there, a group of 6 or 7 older teen males were showing their speed and hockey stop skills.... don't get me wrong, I was impressed! It just made it quite difficult for the numerous people, including young children to fully enjoy...
