Received a egift certificate for my birthday and decided to go into this long-term pop-up to find another item to go with my collection. I took a screenshot prior of my egift card, knowing that I may have problems retrieving my email due to poor cellular reception. I found a vest that I already own in two other colors and thought I can add another since the fit is perfect and overall a great-looking vest. No one greeted me and I knew what I liked and went to the cashier and advised her that I have a gift card. As I anticipated i had no reception and told her that I do have a screenshot and she said that would be ok. But it wasn't okay as her scanner couldn't pick up the SKU. I did tell her that the egift has the numbers below and she told me that they can't use it to input manually. I found that hard to believe as I've had that done in every Lululemon that I've shopped at. I figured, maybe because they aren't set up for that. I went outside to find reception so I can pull up my email and T-Mobile is useless in Kauai. Came back into the store and another salesperson asked me if she can help, I told her that I can't pull up my egift card on my phone and the screenshot wasn't being able to be scanned. She said, well we can enter the card number and the other cashier said "no we can't. I was stomped and was wondering why one person says no and the other said yes. I collected my things and decided to leave. The salesperson told me to ''come back after you figure your thing out". Why can't she figure out her customer service thing? Was speechless and couldn't understand the poor service that I received with being dismissed. I no longer will shop at...
Read moreMixed vibes in this place. We came here twice. The first time, the girl we met was super nice and accommodating. The second time, a different girl made us feel totally unwelcome and a waste of her time. I spend thousands of dollars a year at Lululemon- I'm intimately aware of how a store should feel. They carry (very few) custom Kauai pieces, exclusive to that store, with a special screen printed logo. They didn't have many pieces or sizes- which is why we went twice, hopeful for a restock. I grabbed the only piece in my size to commemorate our trip. You're charged extra for the logo... Felt a...
Read moreBig Bummer - used to spend $500-$1K there each trip buying lulu stuff with Kauai/Hawaii logos on the gear. Claim they haven’t done it since Covid as an excuse which I think is pretty lame. No reason to buy anything there I can just buy back home. They have a small rack of items with the Hawaii logos, all on size small shorts. Just a bummer that they haven’t switched back to what made them so busy. The store sold so much back when they put custom icons...
