Pizza Ranch — Restaurant in Kearney

I booked a party for my son bought a $220 birthday package that hosted 10 kids and their parents chaperoned. I had the room which was very small and really confined. The person that was supposed to handle our party never interacted with us. I was shorted a party bag that was supposed to come for all the kids and I was shorted one game card that was supposed to come with a birthday package. Then I had tripped on some tools that were laying out because the game was torn apart, and then I had the general manager come to meet with the person who organized the party for us and he basically said that it was my fault that his employees weren’t following the policy he complained that he that his party person that was supposed to participate in our party that never interacted with us was stressed out. He complained that it was the worst birthday party experience he’s ever had and that he was in washing dishes because he was short on staff and that my kids were beating up on the machines and that it was a reason why his tools was out which was a lie because they were there when we got there. I’m the one that almost tripped over his tools. Maybe I should do a lawsuit I’m the one that paid 250 bucks for customer service that I never got and he comes at me and blames me that it was the worst experience he’s ever had like he was a customer . I was a customer it’s not my fault his employees don’t follow. The policy is not my fault his employees don’t give us the proper amount of gift game cards. It’s not my fault that his employee offered to get us another bag. for 250 bucks it’s a great environment. Great food but the customer service sucks. The general manager of pizza ranch Kearney, Nebraska needs to go to school to learn some customer service, and know that when someone’s paying him and his business for service service to be served but it wasn’t. He acted like he was the customer and you lied about my kids beating up on the machines because they never did each kid that was in my party. Had a parent with them. I’m sorry maybe he was confused on which kids were in my party. but for 250 bucks that’s the worst experience I’ve ever had I do not recommend you book your birthday party their appearance pizza ranch. I wonder if any other pizza place would ever be as good as Pizza ranch. This is the place you can keep coming back to time and time again. Make it your way is one of the best things about Pizza ranch. Today I made a pineapple jalapeno and Canadian bacon pizza and it was really good.

I do not know how many times I can edit my review. Pizza Ranch exceeds my expectations every time that we come here. I surely enjoy bringing my family when we go shopping or having appointments. Coming to Pizza Ranch and having the buffet my way is how I like it. June 2024 Several visits later, and this place is still top knotch. I am favoring the taco pizza with extra chips, hot taco sauce , and sour cream.

Second visit , and we were super impressed. For one thing , I would update if the soda could offer additional zero calorie/sugar options. The place is still clean , and the bathrooms are well taken care of. This time around , we ordered three custom pieces for the buffet , and we're quite pleased with what we had. The buffet still outperforms the competition , which includes pizza, dessert pizza, and fried chicken with all the fixings to go along with it. Once again, the staff were super friendly and helpful. We still would like to be able to purchase one of the pizza ranch rugs along with their mugs (We now have 4 of the Pizza Ranch Mugs. We got the mugs for $10 each on one of our visits.) We will be back soon. Super awesome place, I like the buffet as it includes the cost of the drink into the price. Large and bright dining area along with nice and large booths. The only thing I might have changed is no carpet in the dining area. Buffet is far better than competitors and offers what one would think they should get. We booked our son’s 6th birthday party here and it was absolutely phenomenal! Especially since they had received such a hard day from a previous birthday party right before us. I could absolutely tell that the staff was still decompressing from the hardship of the group prior. They informed us, how they were appalled by the host and the guests that attended the birthday party prior. We however always were checked on, probably every 30 min- hour. We had our plates cleared and were always greeted with a smile. It was amazing, that customer service is top notch! Ella was so kind and helpful. She even took my son to get 6 prizes out of the glass case as a gift to him from pizza ranch. I saw her refilling the ducks for one of the games and I thought, “ they’ve had a hard day and maybe if I could show a little kindness it’d restore a bit of humanity for these folks. “ so I helped her load the ducks and take a few plates to the kitchen. ( I didn’t go in, I just handed them to her) Terrance who was I believe the manager during that time was SO sweet! Such good vibes from him. Definitely made us feel welcome and appreciated. We felt honored to have such an incredible, accommodating staff that I would for sure recommend having your child’s party at Kearney, Nebraska’s pizza ranch especially because we as well did the simple party package for $220 and it didn’t go over $240 but we felt as if we were given so much More!
