I picked out an item that was listed on the shelf for $29.99. I took it to the register and it rang up for $39.99. I let the associate know about the price discrepancy and we walked with another store associate to look at the shelf where I had picked up the item. Both associates acknowledged that the item was priced at $29.99 on the shelf, as were all the other similar items. They removed the price tags from the shelf and then walked me back up to the register and said they would honor the price of $29.99. The associate rang me up. I gave her my phone number for rewards points and asked if I had any to use. She just noted that I was a rewards member. She said she entered the discount for the price discrepancy, and mentioned that all sales were final and I was not eligible to return the item once purchased. I paid and left. Once I received my emailed receipt, I noticed that she only gave me a discount for $6.99, instead of $10, which was the actual price discrepancy. I was disappointed that she seemed like she wanted to be helpful and honor the price listed on the shelf, but then shorted me. I also see on my receipt that all sales are not final. The item is a gift and so I don't intend to return it. I also noticed that my email receipt had a way to view how many rewards points I have. I have over 300 rewards points and would have loved to have used them towards my purchase today, and even when I asked about them, the associate was not willing to help me with this. I'm disappointed, and hope that my email to Miniso is used to provide more training for the sales associates, so that no one else has an experience like mine...

My child bought an item that we discovered was opened and used immediately after we departed the store and they would not return it. I understand store policies, however, sometimes certain rules require exceptions when the circumstances are extenuating for good honest people and not dirtbags trying to get over. Based on other reviews regarding poor customer service experiences and hopefully this one, people will reserve their patronage of this establishment so it closes like a casket in the cemetery of mall stores, and their money is best served for a ride on a mobile animal in the mall or a stationary pony...

The manager of the store is so kind and she helped me get something I was really looking for and took the time to make sure I got it!! I haven't had any bad experiences. š ^^
Also, the price of the merch is SO GOOD. The quality is really good too. I've spilled some stuff and washed some of the bags/plushies I bought and they didn't even tint or wear. Also the paint job on the figures are so good, it's so refreshing to see šš©· PLEASE g...
