Little Caesars is the best place if you want to get pizza quickly. That is, if they're not too busy. Just a heads up, if they tell you 5 minutes assume it's going to be longer than that. But then at the same time, it was quite interesting while me and my father were waiting for our pizza and chicken wings, they were calling out people's names and half of them didn't even show up. For example, they mentioned one man's name three times in a period of 15 minutes, and he was nowhere to be seen. In fact, people were looking around each time wondering where he was.
Eventually about 20 minutes went by and my father went to inquire if our food was ready. Ironically it had been ready for more than 10 minutes and they had never called their names. I know, because me and Dad were both listening intently. In addition, they initially only gave us our pizza and my dad said where are our wings? To which the cashier, whom I assume was a high schooler, casually said oh you want wings? And my dad confused, said well of course, because we paid for them. Thankfully the manager stepped into fix the confusion.
In the end, the food was great. But the service could use a little overhaul.
One bonus thing to mention, while we were waiting for the food a gentleman came up and inquired how long we had been waiting. I explained we had been waiting for 20 plus minutes even though they said it would only be 5 minutes. He then said: hmmm, I suppose I will place my order then walk over to HEB, do some shopping, then come back. We all had a good laugh and thankfully that's when my...
Read moreMy wife placed an order online and asked me to pick it up from the cashier. Upon arriving, I waited in line until it was my turn at the register. I said my wife had placed an online order and gave her the name the order was placed under. The young female cashier said it was not yet ready. So I sat next to the front register and waited. After about twenty minutes, I asked a different cashier how my order was coming. He said "it's in the box". I said "what box?". He said" you should have gotten an email with a code." I said "my wife placed the order and sent me in to pick it up. It should have been ready twenty minutes ago." He said "you should have gotten a code in your email." I said "I wouldn't have gotten an email because my wife placed the order. Shouldn't the girl that originally told me it wasn't ready, who is standing right next to you (who had seen me and my son sitting there waiting for the last twenty minutes) been able to tell me that it was ready? He said "but you should have received an email when it was ready." I said "can I just have my pizza?" The girl standing next to the guy I'm talking to (who was the original cashier I spoke with when arriving), reached in "the box" and handed me my pizza. Later, I asked my wife why she didn't give me the code before I went in. She showed me an email Little Cases had sent her saying that something went wrong "see the cashier for...
Read moreLet me start by saying it’s Halloween, and anyone that knows, knows Halloween is the busiest day out of the whole year, so it was very crowded and busy. Walked in and immediately was greeted by Jonathan. First, his costume was top notch the best, me and my girlfriend loved it. He took our order, and during payment the computer crashes. He asked if the payment went through, it did not, and after trying to diagnose the system, he went back and verbally put our order in. We finally got the credit card working, and we sat at the bar facing the counter. By this time, the line is through the door, and wrapped around the corner! I watched Jonathan greet, and help each customer as if they were the only one in the store, even though at the rate of about 3 customers, the 4th the computer would crash again over and over. He never lost composure or compassion for helping the next person in line. I’ve worked my whole life in customer service in some form or fashion, and I know a valuable person to a company when I see one. I hope this review makes it way to where it deserves. Jonathan needs to be recognized for his attention to the customers. Might, I further add that not every customer was as patient, or as quiet to comment on what an inconvenience it was to them. Jonathan, is an asset and I believe would be perfect as a leader or trainer to set an example to future employees....
