The Stoney Moose — Attraction in Ketchikan

Just came from the store, i was there over the weekend and was talking to a blonde girl who worked there and she said i could cash in my $1 gram at that time or save it for later, i chose to save it and spent $40. I go in today to cash in on my $1 gram and was told im still 22 points short! So my monday purchase wasnt added and apparently neither was the one before that. This is the 2nd time ive been told that I'll have a $1 gram by one employee and when i went to get it i was told by a different person that i haven't made it to the 200 pt mark. I try to keep a close watch on where im at with points and ask where im at every time I make a purchase. I ask how and when should I tell them Im on the $1 G List so i can make sure my points get on there; so far have been told 3 different procedures by 3 different ppl, 1 says you have to tell the cashier before you pay, another said tell the cashier when you hand over your ID, and tonight the person working said she doesnt even need to be told cuz she just checks it when she has the ID. I think you guys need to get all the employees on the same page, get a procedure down. The dollar gram thing is a neat idea but if it cant be executed consistently then it loses its value. Your customers can spend $200 anywhere even at the other pot shops but the $1 G is incentive to bring our money to you, so with all due respect it should be done the same way every time by every employee to...

Definitely one of the best shops I’ve visited around the U.S! Wasn’t sure what to expect… and walked away feeling like I made a new friend, with some really great treats! Absolutely a highlight of my trip!! Cute little store! As a 10+ year veteran in the legal Colorado cannabis industry I was thoroughly impressed with the cure and flavor of the Grapefruit Juice and Honey Banana strains. It takes a lot to top Colorado's potency and quality that I'm used to, and these strains did not disappoint.
