I had the single King Crab leg with clam chowder and garlic toast. It was a huge leg! I had a hard time finishing the clam chowder since I was pretty full from the crab. You can have the crab served cold, or steamed hot. I had it served cold with hot butter, it was very flavorful and I enjoyed every bite. If you're not sure which way you'd like it, the server can explain the taste differences. Clam chowder was excellent with lots of clams and potatoes. The garlic toast was on point as well. I believe my meal was around $90. A little steep due to the cost of crab, but it was worth it. I know have a new found love for Alaskan King Snow Crab! The wife had the fried Halibut Fish and Chips and said it was very good and had great flavor and texture. The atmosphere was busy due to having 4 cruise ships in port. They seat you fast, feed you fast and take care of you fast. I would definitely eat here again.

We are from out of town and it was our first time eating here. The food and atmosphere deserved 4 stars. We all really enjoyed the fried fish and french fries. And although the restaurant was filled, our waitress was engaged with us and our requests. However, I asked our server if I could pay for a bun so I could use the bread to make the fried fish into a sandwich. Rather than accommodating a simple request (I offered to pay for the bun), the server stated, “The manager said if you want a fish sandwich, I would need to order one, they don’t give out buns.” For this response, my overall rating went from a 4.5 to 2 stars. Accommodating a simple request from a first time patron, will not only give you a good Google review but customers will keep coming back. In response to the restaurants comment below, I was not aware nor was it explained to me by the waitress (as this is my first time at the restaurant), that I could have ordered a fish sandwich that had the same fish as the Fish & Chips order. If this had been explained to me by my waitress or was clear on the menu, then I would have ordered the fish sandwich (since that’s what I wanted).

We came, we ate King Crab, we left happy! It’s eye wateringly expensive (at £160 for 2lbs - enough for 2) but when in Alaska…..anyway, we have absolutely no regrets. The king crab was sublime and the experience of having shellfish that is uniquely Alaskan and unlikely to be had again made the crazy price worth it! The server was very friendly and service was fast. She introduced the king crab on the menu as a “deluxe dining experience”, a euphemism for “expensive AF” to ease you into the prices on the menu! If your pockets are deep enough, this is an experience that’s worth the money. King crab tastes even better than lobster so just go for it! Restaurant was super clean and tidy and we had a fantastic experience. Highly recommended.

Tiffany and maddy made our experience extra special - it was our great aunt’s birthday and they both were so accommodating that we felt like family. We would go back to Ketchikan just to see these lovely ladies. Oh and the crab was incredible! Best any of us have ever tasted in our lives! Keep in mind that our great aunt is 87, and she agreed it was the best in all her years! Thank you again for your hospitality and welcoming spirit ❤️

Really would have like to taste the food, but asking about it is a problem.... If I can't find out about it, I'm not going to eat it! So service is poor. Prices are $$$ My wife ordered a Salmon salad she said it was good, lots of arugula. You can see from my reviews I've dined all over but after the way this waitress treated me, OLZEN I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! Just go next door anything is better than lousy service
