Very Beautiful Episcopalian Church built in Key West in the early 1800's!! It has survived a few fires and a few hurricanes and had to be rebuilt along with the rectory... I attended a church service here this morning and it was just wonderful.... they had the Bishop in town for the whole area as their main Pastor is retiring to the mainland in Florida after serving here for 10 years ...the people were very friendly and the music was very profound and made you think and the sermon was really well done by the Bishop...

Beautiful "Florida-style" white stone neo-gothic, wood-vaulted church building in Key West which keeps its doors open to visitors all day long. I'd characterize the liturgy as mid-high Episcopalian, sans incense but with good choir music. The Rector Donna's sermon was very engaging by joining historical and theological argumentation in presenting the feast of St. Martin of Tours (Nov 11) as the true start of the lenten period of Advent. A very enjoyable Episcopal Sunday morning...

I visited this lovely church to light a candle for late daughter. I always like to light a candle for her when travelling , plus it was the 2 year anniversary of her passing . Very fitting too as my daughter felt very connected to Buddhism. The church is beautiful, a little place of solace on the bustling Duval Street. Well...

It's a good place to talk with God. I first visited a couple of years ago while on a cruise, then more recently on a drive here. I like that it's open during the day for time alone with God (and a few stray tourists who are usually thoughtful.) Just ignore the planes flying overhead, the roosters, and the sirens. The service in 2023 was traditional and welcoming.

By far the most restful place to be on Duval Street. The building is the fourth church on this site, and was beautifully restored about 20 years ago. Very vivid stained glass windows all around. Stays nice and cool even in warm temperatures. Peaceful music is played when there is no service. Good to spend some time from the hustle and bustle.
