Website states that pharmacy is open until 12 am. Doctor sent prescription at 7:06pm. Called to check on status of prescription and a recorded message stated that they closed early. Had the doctor send prescription to another pharmacy, sinc the pharmacy at Walgreens was closed. Arrived at the other pharmacy and was informed that it was to soon to fill prescription, because it was filled at Walgreens! Interesting, no one there and the prescription was filled? NO! Walgreens, when they get a prescription automatically put the claim through your insurance, even though there is no pharmacist to fill the prescription. I could have self paid to get the medication in a timely fashion! Spoke with two people at Walgreens who claimed to be the manager and assistant manager. The where no help whatsoever! Insincere I"m sorrys! They think the pharmacy will be open at 9:00am, they should KNOW what time it opens! .    Read moreI went to pick up a photo order and ended up waiting quite a while. This seems to happen every time I visit this location. Today there were multiple people lined up, all waiting for help.
When I went to the front to ask the cashier, Nora, if someone could assist us, she said she could but did so with an eye roll. Nora often seems to have a bad attitude. I understand retail can be tough, but professionalism goes a long wayâespecially when customers are already frustrated from long waits.
This store really needs more staff at the photo counter, or at least employees willing to provide better customer service. It makes what should be a quick errand way more stressful than it...
   Read moreIf I could leave zero stars, I would have. As a parent, on vacation away from home having the pharmacy not mix the medicine for your child NOR give instructions is beyond unacceptable. The tech dropped the ball and now we have to wait until the morning to try and call around to get instructions on how to mix a medicine that our child needs. I am so beyond angry at the lack or professionalism is unbelievable. The tech needs serious training on how to do their job.
The directions on the medicine say do not dispense this bottle to patient. There was no measuring cup, or dispensing instrutions...
