There should be zero star option. I bought a pair of Versace sunglasses at the premium outlets last week, they were a little too flashy for my regular taste but bought them anyways thinking I’ll like them eventually. In a week, I only wore them one morning and still felt they were not my style. I came to this store to return them because it was closer to me and the store manager said he couldn’t receive them because they were damage, I said can you point the damage out he showed me a place I couldn’t find any damage in, he said he couldn’t do the return, I said thy are not damaged, and the glasses are just how they were sold to me in the premium, he said, they are known at the premium outlets for selling damaged sunglasses and I said, this are regular price sunglasses not a sale price, he said “yeah you can come back over here if you want to buy sunglasses that are not damaged”. This glasses were not damaged and were over $400 sunglasses, i even bought the $35 insurance for them. This guy had a horrible condescending attitude. I went back to the outlets and they helped me no problem, they also agreed with me that the glasses were not damaged and that this happened a a lot with this Loop store. Natalie greeted me when I walked in and I told her exactly what I was looking for. I needed something that looked like the Slivers, but better durability and quality. I mentioned he likes Ray-bans and she showed me what they have. She showed me Costa glasses which I’m not familiar with and she told me they were also excellent quality. I told her he fishes so he needed something with polarized lenses and he likes tortoise pattern frame. They found me an exact pair that matched the Oakley’s with green lenses and everything. I bought them on the spot and when he got them he was in love. He said he had been wanting them for a while and I didn’t even know! Thanks for the help and expertise team Loop, this was a fantastic purchase!
Update, went back today because we wanted to take advantage of the buy 1 get one 40% off and we found a pair of Oakley Holbrook we loved! We were going to get the Meta glasses, but decided to wait because they didn’t have the polarized in stock. Isabella helped us with this one and we’re so happy with this find because now he has a pair for outside and a pair...
