we are normally regular customers and have given this business a lot of our hard earned money but unfortunately after the experience we had today we wont be going back.
the guy helping me and my elderly father in law was very nice. my father in law was looking for a vape rig and unfortunately was recommended by the guy employee just the top accessary and not an actual rig. before we even left the store my father in law remembered he needed some butane for his lighter. i started looking at his purchases and i noticed it was just the accessary and a rig. so it was useless to him.
because we haven't stepped out of the store yet and it was the employees recommendation we thought it would just be an easy exchange and we would be on our way.. no that was not the case unfortunately. they pointed to a no exchange or return sign that also said "check them before you leave the store" which we did and why we thought we could exchange. the manager was even sitting on the couch eating lunch and when the male employee asked her if he could do it she just simply said "no" . again the sign even said to check before you leave.. we did and we were still refused an exchange for something the employee said would work for his needs.. also its not a cheap item. he is on a fixed income and was saving his money to get what he needed. she simply wouldn't budge even though it was their fault. he is elderly and needed their help. i own my own business and i would NEVER let a customer leave upset like that ever. just know that will be the last dime we spend there cause we cant even trust them for their recommendations anymore.. it was very unprofessional and a complete disappointment. i believe...
Read moreI am very saddened as I write this review. I have been a long time customer of this store for years and years. Recently I have noticed how terrible it really has been with keeping popular items in stock. I ask the employees when stock will be received after being out for several weeks and no one seems to know when whoever buys for the store will be purchasing stock for them. It’s very frustrating knowing holy smokes and blu are sister stores yet holy smokes is always properly stocked and blu spot is never stocked I don’t see how these are sister stores but this store is hardly ever stocked but the others always are someone isn’t doing their job properly or wants this store to do poorly. Keep in mind the employees at Blu are fantastic and have the best customer service although can not perform their job properly because they are never stocked with what customers want. I have been talked to rudely, ignored and talked about by the manager in my face. I have experienced microagression as well. There is a new employee every day and I have seen the manager speak to and verbally abuse staff.
