My Gym Children's Fitness Center — Attraction in La Verne

Does not recommend: Despite of a few nice text exchanges (they are not as responsive on calls), I was turned away today at the front desk because they couldn't find my profile in the system ( I do have one and screenshoted to them later). I did call and text prior arrival but no response. When asked if I could complete the profile after the class (the class is about to start). I was told no. For a business that specializes in kids and a class focusing on infants and toddlers I found the way they handled it disheartening as they do not seem to think about or care about difficult to make it happen logistically. P.S I did not pay ahead of time because even for a trial class the system asks to put a credit card on file that will automatic draws payment unless you go in there and change the setting. So yes a system that is kinda "sneaky", combined with the inefficient communication...I cannot give a valuation of the class itself unfortunately. The text responses I got focused on how the waiver is required and I could not be located in the system. They really missed the point.

So getting baby ready, driving 15 mins, turned away, 15 mins back and no trial class. And most importantly a crying baby in the backseat on the way home. Definitely don't want any other moms go through...

My baby has been going to My Gym La Verne since he was just 3 months old and it has been such a gift for both of us. We are in the Tiny Tykes class and I’m amazed at how much he has grown already. His motor, social, and communication skills have taken off and I really believe My Gym has been a huge part of that.

The gym is spotless and I love that the setup and activities change every week so the kids are always challenged and engaged. I had thought about signing up for classes through the city, but this has been such a better value. It’s actually more affordable and the teachers here are true experts who really understand babies and kids.

As a mom, it has also given me a place to connect with other moms while my little one makes his first friends. We go several times a week and it’s truly become part of our routine. The staff and management make you feel so welcome and supported. I couldn’t be more grateful for this place. If you’re considering joining, do it, it’s one of the best decisions we’ve made...

When we came here we decided to try this place for one week. The only agreement I had with them, was to pay $29 for one week trial.  We had terrible first week experience ( total waste of time). The first day the instructors provided some planned activity. But for the second day they said they don't have enough students. So they just said the kids can just use the facilities and play.

After the first week we never step foot inside the gym. So I thought that would be all.

But then later I see a charge of $119 on my card for something I was never informed of or consented to.  So, when I went to the place I thought it would be a quick thing and they would quickly acknowledge their mistake, and I would get a refund. Instead, I was told that the owner would contact me. But they would not provide any contact information or anything in writing acknowledging their mistake or course of action. To make long story short, I was able to get my refund but I had just terrible experience with...
