Laguna Beach City Hall — Attraction in Laguna Beach

Beautiful city and you will meet super nice people all around town. You would expect even so more in city hall, and the city hall worker Nicole has the worst attitude. Rude the way she talks to folks and she almost sounds annoyed when you ask a question. People come to city hall to pull permits and hope to be guided on how to do so and it's clear she makes that an uncomfortable experience. Other than that the place is clean and the rest of the staff seems legit (I kept my ear on their service). Oh and I did stay there for ever before...
