All I can say is I am hugely disappointed with the customer service, as Pandora policies you should be greeted within 30-40seconds, me and my husband were completely ignored, even other customers were ignored too. I was served by the sales assistant Tiffany at Pandora Disney Springs and I am hugely disappointed and actually quite sad with her service. I work for Pandora myself in the UK and I would never lie to a customer so I could get a good sale.
So I came to Orlando on holiday with my husband and I wanted to have a look at the Disney Park exclusive charms before i went to Magic Kingdom so I knew which ones I wanted to save myself some time . So I saw 6 which I loved. So I said to the sales assistant Tiffany, basically that's perfect I love them so I'll get them from the park. She turned around and said to me "Pandora in the park is more money, so it's better to buy it from Disney Springs". So I though, ok I don't really know so I purchased them from Disney Springs and I received the PWP bangle aswell which I had to request in rose gold as she just assumed I wanted x2 silver bangles.
The following day me and my husband went to Magic Kingdom, and because we made it early for the rope drop, we thought we would nip into Pandora and see if there was anything else, I am so glad I did as all 6 charms which I bought from Disney Springs were $20-$30 CHEAPER EACH!! So she LIED TO ME which I found absolutely appalling and really dishonest. So I rebought all the charms from Magic Kingdom and I went back to Disney Springs Pandora the following day.
When I went back to Disney Springs, I told them that their colleague lied to me, and they basically tried to turn the refund into a sale and I wasn't having any of it as how can you trust a sales assistant who lies to you. Hope, who was the sales assistant who did my refund, said to me "Pandora in Magic Kingdom dosnt have the markings on" which I know is a complete lie as Pandora would never sell their jewellery without hallmarking, and all the park exclusives say Disney Parks on as I looked at them all before refunding them, so another sales assistant lied to me.
I am really disappointed with how their service was and being lied to.
The lady who served me in Magic Kingdom Pandora was absolutely brilliant, she was fully emersed in the sale and I cannot fault her at all. She was the one who suggested I got the refund as she said that they shouldn't have lied and it was wrong of them to do so. Read moreI visited this location with my friend who is an avid Disney Pandora collector and we were visiting from out of state. The sales agent was sweet but know reflecting she might now have been trained properly. She even had a Lead Sales assist with the transaction and she too even got it wrong. Unfortunately my friend did not notice till later after leaving the store. We were in such a rush because I had to make my flight so based on the verbal confirmation of what was stated it was believed they (Pandora store associate) fulfilled their portion but they did not. If you purchase from this location double check your recipes prior to leaving or they will say it’s your fault. Or have them put everything in writing so if something turns up they are held accountable for this.
My friend purchased so much product but come to find out the leadership and managers have gone back on what they said to my friend, provided INCORRECT information on returns, and took advantaged of her service as a customer. What is even more disappointing was the way not only the store but the customer experience for Pandora itself is not customer oriented and made this since an inconvenience on her. Now she has to incur more unexpected expenses for the lack of completing a transaction correctly. The store and manager is customer blaming and so is the corporate store. I was a witness to this unacceptable customer service. And as someone who works in retail this is embarrassing what my friend has gone through. I have never purchased Pandora product but this just solidifies that I will NEVER purchase Pandora product ever! And I will take my money and business elsewhere.
As a business located on Disney property… I would warn Disney how this brand is representing your company. The level of service at Disney is amazing, however this company at this location is not a great representation of the Disney brand.

The ring was beautiful and everything that I could’ve asked for in a gift, but I was really turned off by the woman who had serviced us. She had dark long hair, Caucasian, looked like she could’ve been in her 20-early 30’s, and her nails looked like she had just previously tried to rub off red nail polish but did a poor job at it. I asked her if the ring was available in a size 4, but instead of looking me in the eye and kindly saying no, she looked away, pursed her lips, and shook her head and did not respond. She made me feel stupid for asking the question. The entire time she did not show any respect to us as we were trying on different sizes and asking if certain rings were available in different colors. She did not bother to make any eye contact and constantly sighed and shrugged when I had questions. She looked slouched, but not tired, she looked as if our presence bored her and upset her. If I didn’t want the ring so much I would’ve never purchased it from her. By the time we were done, I just wanted to leave. She gave me the ring to put on, we purchased it, and then she just went back behind the counter, signaling us to leave. No box for our ring was given to us, and our ring was not packaged like how every standard pandora ring is supposed to be. My fiancé told me not to say anything at the time, but I am too upset and disgusted by the way I was treated at this store.
