Just wanted to update regarding this review, I reached out to the email last Friday and have yet to hear back. It almost feels as if they wanted to make themselves look as though they were caring online, but not actually follow through with the offer. I was also really disappointed to find out that they no longer give out the birthday joints without a purchase. The past 2 years I’ve been able just go in and get a joint on my birthday, but this year a purchase is required. I guess we’ll wait and see if they actually care or just wanted to make themselves look good by coming on here and offering to make things right. VERY DISAPPOINTED.
Beware of False Advertisement - We have been long time customers for over a year. My boyfriend purchased a bag off the specials menu that was deemed as buy one get one. His total came out to $61.80 in the cart online. When he went to pick it up, they requested $67.50 because some bags were $50 and some bags were $60. The bag prices online both came out to $50 and he did have the correct Lake Havasu location selected. He did not have the additional money, so they removed one of the bags. He went in and questioned afterwards because he was confused when online it stated the price for each bag, and what he owed. The manager then offered for him to purchase the bag he had requested as his get one for $25 after he had already paid $61.80 after tax for 2 bags for what was advertised as part of the promotion on the website. It’s not our fault that your website is not as up to date as it should be and you should honor what was advertised, or if you couldn’t do that, you should have offered something in replacement so that your loyal customers could have been satisfied with their visit. I’m sure there were other bags that would have been the same price and included in the BOGO but instead of trying to help you just rushed him out and took his money in the process. You lost a loyal customer unless you’d like to make it right. Attached is the screenshot showing what your website said was owed and that it was in fact the correct location. The manager also tried to tell my boyfriend that he was ordering off the wrong...
Read moreJust switched back to a 1 star. Was not only treated rudely for not knowing there was some speaker thing at the beginning of the drive through. And told the girl on my way out she needs to learn customer service skills. But was then called twice after I left the store & harassed by the person claiming to be the GM. What the hell is wrong with those kids in there & who do they think they are. YOU CANNOT CALL CUSTOMERS & HARRASS THEM. LEARN CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
Just switched from a 1 star to a 3, for now. Thank you to Thomas for helping me have a better experience this last time I went. I did my own order online & was just going to hit up the drive thru. But it was already blocked when I got there, so I had to go in. Just ignored the guy checking us in, cause I've never found him to be very pleasant to actually deal with. And Tim & Thomas made the energy in there much better tonight. (Am keeping up my reason for the previous one star though, for now)....
Have asked for sativa prerolls the last 3 times I was there. All 3 times, got to find out their indica. They use to know what they were talking about. And they use to be happy to help you get a deal. Now they just push the high end & full price stuff. And almost look down upon you otherwise. They also put all online orders ahead of all walk ins. Even if those online orderers come in after you've been waiting in line. Your turn can finally be up next.. but if someone happens to just walk up into the online orders line. They are served before you. This place had become my new fav for a minute. Now I've just learned to check for deals myself, find the exact strain I want myself, always order online, & no longer tip. Or simply hit up farm fresh instead. Hell, needles has...
Read moreBate and switch, I asked for two types of marijuana prerolls, 28% THC or higher prerolls. I was offered 2 kinds and I agreed. There were several corrections on the quantity. I think the salesperson was sampling on the job. I had asked about flower that was on sale, but refused it, as the THC was lower than I wanted. I expressed this to the salesperson. When I returned home, I was separating the hybrid from the indica-dominant hybrid. I found that I was given 4 different kinds with half of them having a lesser THC content. Not what I asked for. The salesperson was aware of the differences, as each preroll was individually scanned for purchase. The receipt shows. I went back within an hour for an exchange, but was told by the manager, no returns. Knowing it was their mistake, I exclaimed "are you kidding me?" Then was accused of yelling at them. I said well if you wont help me, I'm leaving. I turned to walk out and the manager was yelling at me to not yell at them. No apologies, shame, just accusations. I'm sure if it happened to me, I'm not alone. Bad business practices. Like the business isn't making enough money... Maybe Story needs to be more discriminating hiring their salespeople and so...
