We used to drive to the zoo, aka NYC, for imported foods. After finding this gem of a store, NYC will now be a memory. Mandros had everything we were looking for and more. The store is like the ones we were used to in the old country. My mom was allowed to sample the cheeses and liked every one she tasted and we bought a little of each. Finding parking was a little tricky, so when you go do yourself a favour and donāt go with a quad cab pickup. Canāt hurt to call ahead and ask if they have what you are looking for. We went blind based on reviews I read on Google Maps (thanks again Google), definitely worth the 1.5 hour car ride. We will be going back frequently to keep the larder stocked, if the end of the world comes, want to go out with a good meal.
