This is a great place to explore Arts District from. Easy walk to great theater, events (saw "Happy Days" by Beckett at Las Vegas Theater here. Fantastic, deep, challenging theater). First Friday art walk is a must. Something fine and cultured to do AWAY from the commercialism of the strip too. Park here and explore. Check out Las Vegas Theater. The night I went there was a very cool hipster car show sponsored by local radio station. Always something cool around here. Walk to good pizza, thrift stores and MONSTER store (my fav). Las Vegas needs to put more money into this area. I would also like to see a lot more small art galleries. Housing and studio space for artists to work and show their stuff. Read moreGranddaughter's graduation party was an absolute success while fully enjoying the Art Studio. The Leasing Manager ( Owner?) helped with setup, provided storage space for our decorations bins and extras.
At first glance, it seemed to be too small for our gathering but hey...it worked! We had room for a dance floor, Deejay setup buffet tables, picture wall, picture booth with a backdrop, and a gft table. We had a ball!!! This venue is ideally located in the Arts District hosting a beautiful dreamy courtyard environment, very clean surroundings, and an adult atmosphere that made leaving difficult.
