I gave it for 4 stars I overall because while I really enjoyed the dining experience here, the music was so unbelievably loud that I couldn't hear my friend speak and we only had the dinner hour to visit since he's from out of town. We had to move tables and luckily the place wasn't very busy so we were able to find a table that didn't have speakers pointed at it. The food was great and our waitress was super friendly and attentive. She did a really great job taking care of everybody outside as she was the only waitress out there. The location is fantastic in the North Vegas Arts District, and while I didn't remember to take pictures of the food or the restaurant, when we left the restaurant it was almost 8:00 and every Wednesday 7-8:00 around 200 bicyclists gather in an incredibly fun and wholesome way, adults and children alike, and they bicycle ride en masse together around the arts district. It's definitely a spectacle and people are so friendly it's the antithesis of the usual Vegas game, however, its still got the neon and bling! As a local I am disappointed that I haven't found both sooner.

Had the absolute best time at this spot on THURSDAY for SmokeN Mic and on 1st Fridaze. I sat as my phone charged (thanks) and ppl watched. Had some awesome ppl come through while I enjoyed the delicious scoop fries and a mango flavored beer. The bartenders were kind but things slowed some when the 1st Fridaze crowd came... I liked that a rep from Stella gave away customized glasses I got one. I love how the whole Team worked well together behind the bar and the servers... I called the blue hair gapped tooth bartender a mermaid... she was sweet and made some good drinks as far as I could see. The woman with locs was kind and busting out drinks so fast she never moved from the end spot. The gentleman was crafty at making specialty like drinks... I enjoyed watching him mix... overall the venue was packed both nights the smoking outside wasnt bad it was warm with the heaters... inside booths are cozy tables too. The open mic was DOPE and I was well received by both guests and staff. I will definitely return. I told everyone they should check it out. GREAT for solo.traveler/night out/couples or crew!

Wasn’t greeted for 10 min at bar and it was just me. My area was never cleaned I used napkins and my own water to clean up the previous customer’s mess. The bartenders were more interested in talking to each other than the bar patrons, I saw a few guests try very hard for her attention as she just walked by to chat with the other bartender. As she ignored them, they were sighing and rolling their eyes at her. Then I noticed several staff having to wave this woman down who had blinders on to everyone around her but the other bartender. He looked frazzled to just get his drinks out to his tables to make money. That’s when I decided my hungry belly wasn’t going to drop any more dollars here so I left with one measly appetizer and one glass of wine. As a bartender of 15 years I expected way more from a hip spot in the Arts District in Las Vegas. Haha wow. They weren’t even busy compared to a bar in Atlanta. Maybe train your bartenders better or get better ones. They are an integral part of a restaurant running well. Which this place wasn’t. Good luck.

Boy oh boy! I really had enjoyed 18bin the first two times I visited: one for a birthday brunch and the other on a Sunday funday date. That's why when my girls were looking for a late Sunday brunch option with a vibe (with Vegan options), I quickly recommended it... after this weekend, i don't know if I'll be back. From the minute we got there, we had issues. The hostess without any smile or greeting, just said do you have a reservation? Yes we were four minutes late to our reservation of four ladies, but she didn't have to be so short and unfriendly. She told us she gave away our table and that it would be 40 minutes. We asked if there was any possibility it would be shorter and she said "well you know how people drink". We then asked can we go inside and order drinks from the bar, she said umm I guess. First bad encounter. The gent checking IDs was nice and cracked a few jokes. On the way to the bar, we noticed a series of tables not being utilized (even in the inside). When we got to the bar, two different sets of people were assisted before me and I was in the very middle of the bar. I have worked in hospitality for fifteen years and made sure I was giving eye contact. No one was paying any attention. One bartender finally acknowledged us after he put all the cups away and proceeded to do something with the trash. Drink were cool. One of my friends had to keep going back to the host podium to remind her we were waiting - a couple of tables had gotten up and she said she would let us know but didn't. We never received a text but thanks to Ash! Finally sat down - happy and excited! Our server Hailey seemed like she wanted to be anywhere else but serving us, wasn't congenial at all and kept messing up our orders the whole time. She was irritated we already had drinks from the bar and kept asking if we wanted any other drinks "outside" of water. Our table asked for chips and salsa while we looked at the menu... the chips didn't come out until before our meals did. When one of my friends asked for chicken and waffles, the restaurant didn't have chicken tenders. She then asked if she could do grilled chicken instead and Hailey made it a big deal with her manager if she could - eventually she came back and they "decided" they could do it... even though they didn't have the tenders. They didn't have the tater tots that came with the steak sandwich. My friend also asked for the bacon egg avocado toast but without bacon, as she's allergic to swine. When it came out, what was on it? Bacon. Our server didn't come out for at least fifteen minutes so we had to ask the busser if he could remake the item. He was super nice, got it fixed and brought out the condiments. Wish I got his name. While we were attempting to enjoy our food, at some point, a man tries to either go to the bathroom or the bar and ends up throwing up right next to our table on the ground. It was super close to us - one of my friends thought she got wet - it was DISGUSTING! The restaurant, after being notified, did do a good job of having it cleaned up quickly after. The manager came out and spoke to us and although he did apologize, he led with "well we do have bottomless mimosas and sometimes people can't handle it" justifying it without even being sincere. I understand it was a random person throwing up but that's NOT OKAY. It's actually super unsanitary that he threw up so close to our table and the germs! He offered us drinks - but two out of the four drinks were wrong. I don't fault the manager on that, because Hayley took the order. Those didn't even get drunk and were left on the table. A friend asked for ice, she didn't bring it until we were leaving, even after we sorted the bill. The food wasn't bad and I just love how the DJ is there but the service just wasn't it that day. It was so unwelcoming that i don't know if me and any friends should come back. Watch your food for "showers" too! Hate to think it was...

As far as how the restaurant looks, it is a very beautiful restaurant. The service was great until our table got up to take a picture just adjacent to our table by the 18bin sign on the grass area cover by String light overhead. I have attached in my post where the sign is where we took our photos and how close in proximity our table was. I think we away from our table for a minute or 2 tops. We were not trying to leave, we were very close. All we wanted was a picture to capture the moment because we were having such a good time. Upon our return to our table, Avery, who was not even our waiter, came and cleaned our table with out even asking if we were done with our drinks or anything. We were obviously not finished. Asked the manager to come to the table and talk to us because we felt very much disrespected. The MANAGER actually claimed our drinks were empty when in fact they were not. If have pictured a combination of some of our drinks combined which clearly made whole cup. It would have over flowed into two cups but some drinks were already removed from the table. We were made aware that the manager told Avery to specifically clean our table. Even though we were clearly still there. Once we realized we were not going to be compensated for our drinks that were not finished, we all wanted our checks to leave. Probably one of THE biggest disappointments. Not to mention there was a table right next to us which had a very big group that just left. It appeared they had bottle service. They chose to clean OUR table even though we were still in the restaurant. We hadn't been brought our bill or anything. That table had no people there and had all there bottles and glasses still there when Avery came over to clean our table and we were still in the restaurant. We were so close that all they had to do was communicate with us. If they would have just asked us if we were done and there would have never been an issue. Everything following was absolutely UNACCEPTABLE. Never have I felt soo clearly disrespected. We were also still charged for the drinks we never were given the opportunity to finish. The manager told us to never come back because he felt were trying to get over on the restaurant. No empathy or understanding of how we felt about the situation. He could not even give us a clear reason as to why he instructed Avery to do such thing. As paying customers who were so blatantly disrespected and treated in an extremely unprofessional manner, why would we ever want to come back if that's how we were treated. Not to mention a few members in our group had been to the restaurant previously. We were loyal customers. There is no explanation for how we were treated. I'm still in shock from this incident . It was extremely unjust and felt it was appropriate to record how nasty the manger was to us. I tried to call and get the name of the manger on the phone and an employee by the name of Greg refused to give me his name. Overall very horrific experience and very unprofessional way of handling. There was no apology for wrongly taking our drinks away and the manager did not take any ownership for any wrong doing. I have worked in restaurants in the past. There were so many things done absolutely wrong. From the manager's demeanor, how he spoke to us, and to how it ultimately made us, the customers, feel. No one should ever have to feel how we felt especially when we did absolutely nothing to receive...

Editing my review from 3 years ago.. Now 7/4 11am: horrible slow service, the people are nice not rude but they absolutely do not care about giving even half decent service, we were told to sit wherever so we chose the room to ourselves, the servers all seemed pissed. It took FOREVER (20 minutes?)for someone to come over I ordered bottomless house mimosas, my husband a lemonade, ceviche, poke tacos and the breakfast smash burger. She came back 15 minutes later to inform us there is no ceviche. Sad but ok. Still no drinks. About 10 minutes later another server brought our food. We asked if he could let our server know we would take the charcuterie board, and we were still waiting on drinks and utensils/napkins. Waited another 5-10 minutes. The tacos were actually really good but messy. His tots were good but the "smash burger " was two previously frozen patties, a hard egg instead of over easy as advertised and didn't have pickles also advertised) I ended up getting paper towels from the bathroom. Another 10 minutes no drinks still and no server to be found. Finally she brought my husbands lemonade and me a cup. We ordered the charcuterie board, but we're informed they no longer carry it. Ok. So spinach dip and chips. Another 10 minutes go by. I get my mimosas. The peach tasted like nothing but cheap champagne. No flavor. So I ordered the pineapple, better but still not great. Spinach dip was seriously lacking flavor but the pita chips were nice. Overall very disappointed. Although friendly the service is awful. We've both worked restaurants over the last 3 decades. We give restaurants grace normally but they were so slow and had zero reason to run/operate this way. Edit it's been another 30 minutes and no one has stopped by to check on us or get us more drinks. My husband got one watered down lemonade.

Previous review 3 years ago: Cool vibe, love the vhs. Was kind of slow but...
