Im torn because i want to support small business. All in all, I feel like I'm about to eat dinner at someone's grandmother's messy house and she wasn't expecting guests

Dislikes Smells like sewage inside Mop the floor Poor cable management(There's cables all over the floor) Only 1 menu for the whole restaurant so he just moves it next to whatever table he seats Ordered ice water with lemon, got bottled ( not opening it ) Gave me a cup of ice from a machine My roommate just mixed bottled water with tapped ice. Odd number of ribs (2 orders served together) Cold collard greens I got a fork, a plate and paper towel I need more napkins as bbq ribs is messy Calcium allover my fork Charged us for the bottles of water Menu pricing different than itemized bill The lady keeps touching doors and going outside and stuff with the same gloves Just gave our check to the other table (party of 8) Still waiting for her to come take our dishes and our check. I think they forgot we exist

At the end of our meal we were informed that we needed to go to the atm because they don't get a good signal from the neighbors Wi-Fi so we had to drive all the way to chase on Rancho and Charleston

We got to the hotel i try to check in and the lady that was a de desk told me she did not have any rooms they where all sold out!, So i had my wife come in to the office and tell the lady we had call the day before to make sure we had a room and show her the booking number. The lady told me well i can give you a smaller room not the bungalow is already reserve but i have to charge you for room change,.??? Please note: We where talking all this time in English. I told the lady i was going to call my credit card company and agoda, She said that is fine i will call then and cancel for you!. WHAT? why would you do that?., Well you do not want any room, No! we have a reservation and got confirm Yesturday Mam!. I ask to talk to the ownerand she said SHE is the Owner!? OK! That was not true.So i got on the phone and told the lady i was calling you and put it on speaker phone , then she found the the room!.||OK! thank you! buy this time my wife was really mad. She was trying to make us cancel! We Still had to pay for cancelling full amount. People keep knocking on the door all night, people where fighting outside of the room, we where not able to sleep due to the police siren all night long. We are never going back to this...

I had to pay $77.00 for this hell hole.I was in shock when I found this place. I was afraid to stay there. This agency is a horrible agency that runs this service. I could not get assistance to find this place. My cell phone map quest was not working, and it took me 2 hours from the airport to find this place. ||Upon arrival the manager came out with a cigarette in his hand to talk with me, I told him I was allergic to smoke , he kept trying to get me to come up the long steel staircase to the rooms- I had a customer service rep on the phone. I explained I could not stay there. I drove all the way back to Phoenix , sleeping in my car for a half hour before arriving home in the early morning.||I was told I would get a refund, I did not...this company...
