In the world today, most consumers look for 3 things when shopping and choosing to give their hard earned money to a business: quality, value, and excellent service. During these troubled times, we are facing inflation, a recession, and skyrocketing gas prices. Despite all of that, I chose to travel 25 minutes past 50+ salons to come here. It's even more meaningful to me today that I'm a loyal customer of Best Beauty Nail Salon specifically because of Tom and Ellyna.
I am a very busy mobile customer service professional with an extremely chaotic schedule that can change throughout the day. In the multiple times this has happened, Ellyna has been delightful to work with in getting me in and situated. She is pleasant over the phone and lovely in person. When I call, she not only recognizes my voice; she anticipates my needs and listens to make sure I'm booked appropriately. When I arrive, she is so courteous and gives me updates if I ever have to wait because the salon is busy. She is truly the person you want to be the face of your business.
Tom is an absolute GEM. I am very particular with my nails (been getting them done for 20+ years now) because I prefer them long, durable, and fashionable. Today in particular, I was struggling to figure out the basics of what I wanted to do - color and design. I have been battling the effects of being a Covid Long Hauler, and the medicine I am on made it difficult to focus and make decisions. I told Tom I trusted his decision on how to do my nails. He chose a color I wouldn't traditionally pick yet I told him I wanted something different. I glimpsed down as we put the color on and made a small comment that my hands did not look like my own. He told me he wasn't done and knew what to do.
About 15 minutes later, I looked again and what I saw was GORGEOUS. He told me these were my hands, and I was releasing Joyful happy tears uncontrollably.
I will always return to this business as long as Tom and Ellyna are here. They make it easy to be a customer and always deliver on quality, value, and excellent service.
If you are looking for a new salon because you aren't receiving what you want you currently or you are looking to spoil some special people in your life with a mani/pedi, then look no further.
Say "hi" to Ellyna and...
Read moreI love this nail salon, I have been here 2 time and I already booked an appointment for later this week. My nails have never been healthy or strong before. I am a nail biter and I have always had trouble with biting my nails and since I have come here I haven't bitten my nails in almost 2 months! I have been asked so many times if my nails are acrylic and they are not! All natural and I love it. No complaints here. A big shout out to Katie my go to nail tech for keeping my nails healthy!
Okay, here is an update on what happened today during my appointment. First off I call to confirm that my appointment and I was told that they were trying to reach me all day to tell me that my nail tech needs to push back my appointments which wasn’t a big deal. I had made an appointment for myself and my cousin. I was told that my nail tech wasn’t in so I told told them it was okay I’ll go with someone else. No big deal. Upon arriving the receptionist guy told us we were late when I was told my appointments were pushed back to 6pm. We then waited another 25 minutes to start. I ended up getting a hot stone pedi with gel and my nail tech took what felt like forever. My cousin started 10 minutes after me and she was still done faster than me. She finishes the pedi and we move to her table and takes out the dip and instead of doing both hands at the same time like normal she did my entire right hand first and then my left hand. By the time she got to my left hand my cousin was already done. She finished an hour after my cousin was and she got dip nails as well. My right hand came out lumpy so she kept drilling. My nails are so sore from all the drilling. They did offer 10% off but they didn’t apply it to my bill after I reminded them a couple of times. I will be calling you guys in the morning and to speak to the manager. My nails shouldn’t be sore. This in no reflects the work that my cousin got on her nails because they came out beautiful...
Read morePut it like this: I have tried more nail salons in this town than I can count or remember.
The reality is that I can count the number of good manicures, let alone great ones, easily, on one hand. And I’m talking about i15 years of acrylic full sets!
There were times when I have frequented a place , or a particular tech, multiple times, but it would never be a permanent thing because eventually I would get an inferior job or they would stop listening to what I wanted or try to gouge me for something that they never made me pay extra for previously etc.
The most common reason though would be inconsistency of the quality of the job.
And having only been to this place once, it’s too early to speak on consistency.
I will say that this is one of the best acrylic sets I have ever had. Katie took so much time and is the epitome of a pro. She worked quickly & expertly , yet was incredibly thorough.
I can’t remember the last time I loved my nails this much; I will be back to see her for sure. I
I think I may have found my Full set home! (And it has been a long and challenging journey) . We’ll see.
I don’t know the name of my daughter’s tech, but she also adores her full set (fancier than mine) and it looks exactly like the photo that she showed him, which is a first.
I’ve had techs completely disregard the photo I’ve shown & ask him/her to replicate.
The prices are reasonable, the techs, exceptional.
That was my experience anyway…I’m really excited...
