Kate Spade Outlet — Attraction in Las Vegas

Called this KSNY location trying to locate a bag that I was looking for. Spoke with a store associate named J.P. who was amazingly helpful & courteous, despite being able to tell from the sounds in the background that the store was extremely busy. Even though it took several calls/conversations to complete the purchase from start to finish, through it all J.P. was completely professional & patient with me. In addition, he encouraged me to call their store anytime in the future, saying that they would gladly assist me in finding any KSNY item I was in search of. This location is shipping my purchase to me even though I live many miles away from Las Vegas. Thank you to J.P. & this KSNY...

Aurely was a great help with my return today! I am devastated that the hello kitty earrings I sought out I am allergic to and she was so great to help me get my money back. Kate Spade is not cheap and even looked up online hypoallergenic HK earring and these are literally the most legit and pricey ones. I really was expecting to own them forever 😭 one wear was not enough for me. Devastated fr lol but I appreciate her amazing customer service and care for me! Walking was an experience in itself. Beautiful, wide open, well lit, well stocked, sufficiently staffed. I was pleasantly greeted as I entered. My salesperson was knowledgable and led me right to the Leila collection I was interested in seeing and told me all about the piece I was buying. There was no wait. As I paid for my item, again cashier was very pleasant, my salesperson kept my husband engaged in conversation which was a plus.
