I walked into Kay’s Outlet knowing that I wanted to purchase something for my husband. We are expecting our first child this year, and I wanted this Valentine’s Day to be extra special. My husband is not someone who spends a lot on himself, so I knew this purchase needed to be thoughtful. I was greeted by John and Vanessa, who were such a pleasure. Our energy was unmatched. We laughed, we connected, and most of all, John and Vanessa received a purchase. I was so delighted to work with them. I also enjoyed the pleasure of meeting Ken. John does owe him ice cream (vanilla).
I was very displeased with the managers, Jay and Ying. I stayed in the store for over an hour, and neither one of them spoke to me, even when Jay was near me. As an outside perspective, it seemed as though Jay and Ying were being avoidant, which made me uncomfortable. For clarity I did purchase three sperate pieces one being an 24 inch chain , and diamond cores pendant, and a matching bracelet. I did spend a pretty penny. To know that a customer can come in and spend so much and not be greeted upper management is very concerning and unprofessional. Other jewelry stores where I have purchased with,the managers always came by and spoke and showed an interest in meeting a paying customer. I was very disappointed in the fact that Jay and Ying did not speak to me, not one time. Thank goodness for John and Vanessa for not letting me down and doing their job. I will be returning to this specific store to be greeted warmly by John and Vanessa.
Moving forward, Jay and Ying should do a better job at making sure they show inclusivity to all customers. I am not sure if it was because I was in normal clothing as to why they decided not to approach me, but it does show bad taste. Thank you, John and Vanessa. I will be back to see you both! We decided to order online but wanted to reconfirm our sizes as we would be ordering via Kays online .
Trip to vegas . Went in to the store watching 3 members of staff around one customer . Staff turned to face us and then ignored us for a good few mins .
Finally the one who originally helped us in feb came over . As soon as we said we were looking to order online, not one bit interested ! Took my partners ring off her and measured it quicly . Gave it back and went straight to another customer. Not asking if needed any more help !
Wont be returning to the above store !!!

Spoke to the store manager jay who was amazing .. understood why we were angry . Agreed to call in and after doing so we agreed to see him in person next time we are in the area.
