Let me share with you my first shopping experience in this store. Today after I went into the store, the staff immediately announced that there was an extra 20% off in the entire store. I thought I was so lucky and that should be the Boxing Day thing in this store. Then I picked one long sleeve shirt which the discount blue sticker price is $49(the original white tag price is $68). These two prices are exactly the same as online. Upon checkout, the staff told me, the final price was $48 before tax. I was so confused. Does entire store 20% off include this item? If so, I should pay $490.8=$39.2. Then the staff told me, they have an additional price system called white tag price. In their price system, this shirt is $60 so the additional 20% off is $600.8=$48. Iâm just wondering if Lululemon headquarter knows that an outlet store has a different pricing system? If so, why donât you clearly write this price on the price tag? If I buy it here, it is $48; if I buy it online, it is $49 plus I donât have to wait in a line and I probably will get additional cashback. Why should I waste my time here and wait in the checkout line? I asked a couple of questions and said I donât want this anymore then there came a lady replied me with very bad attitude. I have read other bad reviews about this store and it seems a couple of people also posted that their price is even higher than the online store discounted price. If you feel this review is useful, please vote it up and more people should see and know the...
Read moreThis was my first time at this store and these were my takeaways:
EXTREMELY crowded! To this point you can't turn around. People will bump into you nonstop without even saying excuse me.
The sales seem good if you find something you like. It was an extra 40% off and they have pretty much every color legging you can think of (except for black). If you are a Lulu legging collector this will be your paradise, HOWEVER they didn't have black :( and the sizes looked great. 0-the largest sizes.
Don't bother going here to buy bags. They have the odd colors/styles and they ARE NOT extra money off! and aren't even cheaper then the Lulu website! After leaving this store I went online and bought the exact bag I wanted in the exact color I was looking for. This outlet is not worth it.
Like I said, the pants selection is good but the tops are awful. Nothing cute.
The mens stuff honestly looked nicer than the women's side so I looked around but boy are the mens sizes big! It's for men that are at least 6'2". So unfortunately I left the store...
Great store - usually have good selections of stuff, better luck if you come earlier, since I donât think they necessarily replenish the stock throughout the day. Staff are almost always helpful and friendly. Better experience than the regular lulu stores in my opinion. Virtual waitlist can be a pain, especially when you have to sign up in person. But make sure you talk to the associate near the door when you arrive, instead of standing in line (the line is supposedly for ppl already signed up & got the notifications.) A quick note to take a look at their pricing sheet, since everyday is different, and try to check the prices as they ring you up, since there are so many different prices, the associate might not remember clearly. Always good to double check....
