Nike Factory Store - Las Vegas North — Attraction in Las Vegas

I don't normally go out of my way to review, but we had such a great experience.... Yeah at a shoe store non the less. Leia (I believe she was a manager) went above and beyond for my family and I. We came in needing shoes for my husband, myself, as well as our twin 2 year olds who have been complaining about their feet hurting from other shoes. Leia helped me find several shoes to try that would help me personally. I have had 2 back surgeries and need specific support for pain, pronation, and high arch etc. All the while having screaming toddlers who were teething, however, we needed shoes badly. She helped me as I held one of our girls and then she found a pair of amazing shoes for both girls that were on clearance, and they were a great shoe to help their little feet develop. They loved running around the store in their shoes. Leia never made us feel uncomfortable, or that maybe we should come back when the girls were calm..... That would probably be in 18 years... Jk. Or look or treat us like we were horrible to come out in public with our kids.... How dare us!? (some people are just ignorant) Anywho, she and her staff went above and beyond as well as helping me tie my shoes while I struggled to hold our crying kids. Wow. Thank you Leia! She also helped my husband find a great pair of shoes as well. I will make sure to come back to see her. She deserves a raise! I would have never stepped foot in an outlet to buy shoes for my whole family especially toddlers thinking it would be too expensive, but the prices and comfort were unbeatable. Cheaper than target! Thanks again for the experience. Although our kids were being crazy, and it was super packed she gave us personal and kind service. Thanks again Leia!! I hope you get a good raise soon! ^. ^ the...

Rather bad experience in this store, which leaves me with a bitter taste. I was about to buy shoes at a very attractive price. Suddenly, when I arrive at the checkout, the price is nearly $40 more expensive than the one displayed on the shelf. When I report it to the saleswoman, she asks for a shelf check and confirms to me that the higher price is the right one. Disarmed, my husband takes over and maintains that the price is not the one indicated on the shelf. She then offers us to go check together directly in the department. And there... surprise! The price we had seen has disappeared and it is another price that is displayed. I end up doubting myself and what I had seen as a price but my husband maintains that this is not the price displayed at the beginning. With a little insistence, the saleswoman's colleague admits to us that we did saw a different price at first, but that the price we had seen was not the right one and that they therefore put back the right price in the meantime. What I understand is that when the saleswoman asked for a price check on the shelf, they removed the price initially displayed and tried to make us believe that we had misread the price. I come out of this place with a very unpleasant feeling...

I do like this store, I have been to it quite a few times. They have a large selection of shoes, sports accessories, and clothing, especially shoes, with everything at a very reasonable price. I don't mind paying high prices for quality clothing, that will last, and Nike has quality clothing.

When I went in today looking at shoes, with in a minute or two, a really great guy called Angel B (I think it was a B), helped me purchase shoes. He was a runner, and told me that my walking style needed a certain shoe, and told me stuff about shoes I had no idea about. Best of all, there was no upsell, no push to buy the most expensive shoes, just his personal recommendation for me, from his experience as a runner.

The only complaint about this store is how busy it was - it's full of people - a testament to the Nike brand. I didn't have to wait more than a minute or two to get help from Angel, and when I came to pay, again, no more than a minute or two in the queue to pay. But it's full of people, looking for a bargain. The only way to resolve that issue is if they were double the size of the store, and it's already pretty large.

I will definitely return to this store...
