It's a unique place and an interesting experience. It's a real auction, with a real fast-talking guy who does the fast-talking auction thing. Every two weeks they have an entire inventory of new and interesting things. Some people lived incredibly interesting lives with strange and neat hobbies - even if you don't win anything or want to win anything there's something enriching just to see the amazing stuff someone gathered over their life: from old post cards to stamps, train sets and toys, swords, china, books, dolls, coins, collectible cards, furniture (hardwood everything! truly beautifully crafted antiquies) to some really strange and unique things (I've seen traffic lights, spinning wheels, a reed/pipe organ, giant statues of various animals and a bingo-ball machine!).
