I was well aware that I missed the return window by five days, though I just wanted to exchange for a different size. The shirt I wore and washed I did not attempt to return as that would not be ok. Though the other I thought an exchange would be ok even after the window. I went and found three shirts that all fit great. I then went to check out and the young man said he would have to get a manager. Well the Manager was not at all interested in making an exchange. The answer was NO. I liked the shirts selected so much that I drove to the next nearest store and this time did not present my receipt. I went looking for male sweaters and they had multiple options in various styles and price ranges. I bought so many sweaters my wife thought I was insane. It's nice to shop in a great store where one can see and feel and try on the top-quality merchandise before buying, instead of the online option where one purchases while sitting in the bathroom and then never knows what will actually be delivered. But Phil was very courteous and attentive. He didn't give up until he found some outfits that were acceptable to me. He went so far as to find fabric that I needed. Even when he was called away, he did so in such a manner that I didn't mind and returned promptly. This kind of service is what makes loyal customers.
