Radiant Waxing Layton — Attraction in Layton

I have struggled finding a wax studio in Utah that provides high end services with both professional and friendly staff. Utah seems to be a mecca for the shy, awkward and quick but not thorough...until I visited Radiant Waxing in Layton and met Taetum. She is hands down, the most exemplary waxing professional I have ever met. She puts my old favorite wax studio back home to shame (sorry Beauty Boss & Co in Dana Point, CA!). I thought waxing services in this state were fairly mediocre until finding Taetum. When you pay the higher price for a Brazilian wax, you have high expectations for smooth results. Taetum has done my Brazilian waxes now for the last 6 months and I will not book with anyone else! I get perfect results every time and she is wonderfully friendly, kind and above all provides exemplary customer service every visit. This fantastic lady is destined for an incredible career, her skillset rivals those of the high end spas in Dana Point and Los Angeles. Please recognize Taetum for going above and beyond, putting her customers first and elevating Radiant Waxing with her impressive and rare skillset. There is a reason her services put every other wax studio I've visited in Utah to shame; Taetum genuinely cares about her customers, has a very dedicated work ethic....and it SHOWS! Today Is 1/21/23 I was scheduled for a 4:00 appointment.. waited for almost 30 mins.. the phone was ringing and my husband walked in and out of the shop.. when she finally came out from a back room she said she thought my appointment was at 4:30. At that time she got very rude . I asked who her supervisor was she gave it to me. She refused to give me her name and stated that we started yelling at her. Which was very false… at other time I have tried called and left messages at different times and never received a call back.. so I give this place a -0 and would never recommend them to anyone… so if you plan on going to this shop.. don’t be surprised at them for the way...

Horrible experience! I had an appointment for a Brazilian and full leg wax. I have used this place before but this time the technician, Audrey, was inexperienced and barely out of school. She bruised and repeatedly tore at my parts after I told her I was getting sore. She made a mess and got wax all over the table and the wax was too hot. She left the room half way through and had a coworker finish me. The whole reason I go to Radiant is because I like the wax and they are usually fast, efficient, and clean. I paid way too much and they refused to give me a receipt. I won't go to Layton again. I will stick with...
