Michael Tish Jewelers — Attraction in Lincoln

The service that was provided to my boyfriend and me at Michael Tish was extremely disappointing. We were initially very excited to work with their team after finding a setting for an engagement ring that we absolutely loved. We were looking for a diamond that is not commonly found in jewelry stores in the midwest, but were assured multiple times that they would be able to find this for us and that they wanted to help us find the perfect stone. However, Stephen continually failed to give us answers as to what was happening throughout the entire time that we worked with him. We called multiple times hoping for answers in the last month and a half, only to be consistently put off with promises of a returned phone call that would never come. We would have been completely understanding if they had been honest and communicated with us about any hang ups that they encountered, but instead felt that they avoided us in the hopes that we would just go away. Their treatment of us made us feel as though our business was not important to them and we were very disappointed with the level of communication and professionalism that...

I have had yet again another wonderful experience working with everyone at Michael Tish. In any past visit I have always felt my business is appreciated secondary to the customized service, attention to detail and the obvious personal relationship/trust that has developed.

Just recently I popped in looking to make a purchase and everyone remembered my name (it had been more than two years), was happy to chat and were eager to meet my new soon-to-be fiancé. They worked with me diligently to create a custom piece which turned out better than I could’ve ever imagined.

I put my trust in Michael Tish and recommend you do the same.

P.S. PRICING. I know when you’re shopping for jewelry one of the first things on a lot of people‘s mind...”Am I getting a good deal?” YES!!! They treat you right.

We thought that Michael was very good and worked with us to provide us a great deal on the wedding ring. We did not like Tish quite as much. Tish seemed more of the sales person, we appreciated that she didn't constantly try to sell us something we couldn't afford like Nebraska Diamond did... but she did things like try to sell us P4 as an wedding band but not telling us P4 is about 80 percent sterling silver and then the next time my fiance just came in by herself and she told her that you don't want P4 as an wedding band. Just stuff like that... But Michael was pretty great! Prices were good and they had a decent selection. I would recommend this place as well as AT Thomas Jewelers, both had a great amount of selection as well as prices and they both back...
