Michaels — Attraction in Linden

So, it is one thing to have the name, Michael. Yet, to have a store named Michaels is whole other league called arts and crafts. A professional associate of ours goes here to purchase 20 or more picture frames. It is quite easy to locate most store items, though there are not many workers on the floor to ask questions should we needed to; typical of arts and crafts stores. Our findings are that Michaels is an elevated version of the lesser known arts and crafts stores but has more selections and choices that come with a costly receipt. You may choose to dodge the higher prices they charge through store discounts and by signing up for their discount card while supplies last. Doing so may benefit you in the long run. We encourage that you do comparative shopping to avoid spending too much time and money while browsing and shopping at Michaels.

The worst in store experience ever. I went yesterday to return an item purchased online and I was told by the cashiers they will not be taking the item back cause the item was a large purchase. They said a manager needs to process the return but there was no manager in the store. When I asked is there anyone else to speak with, the cashier said call corporate. On Michaels return policy, it says you can return in store within 30 days, which It was. I called customer service and they said to now go to a UPS store to return the item. Which did not state any of them in the return policy. I will never be shopping at...

Went back to purchase more t-shirts & siser brand htv. They Clark location still didn't have the size & color I needed. After ringing up my items, the cashier was kind enough to call the Linden location to see if they had what I needed in which they did. When I got there, I can see my requested t-shirts on the counter, I picked up a few other items & the cashier was extremely kind & assisted me in changing the store location on my coupon so I was able to use it which saved me additional money... Michaels is my go too for supplies needed for t-shirts, making jewelry, and soo much...
