Natural Nails & Spa — Attraction in Linden

I usually don't complain about mani's or pedi's bc it only lasts 2weeks, but this time I have to! My nails were very thin from previous manicures. So, I went to this place and explained the woman that I wanted dip in powder, and very little polishing bc my nails hurt. I specifically asked for no uv light bc I know some places use it for the final coat. She gave me a palette with like 8 nude colors and I said I wanted a different one. She gave me the regular palette with a bunch of colors and I picked one. She instantly started to polish my nails with the drilling thing, but not so much which was ok, and the put tips (which I asked for) and acrylic powder. I didnt say anything bc again, I dont really care. But then she used regular nail polish....?? I thought she was going to cut the cuticle and all that at the end, like they usually do with powder, gel, etc.. but she didnt even push the cuticle back.. They were crooked, she didnt clean out the excess nail polish... They looked TERRIBLE! (see first photo). W.e., I left bc I didnt want to complain, but I had to go back the next day.. She said the cuticle and "cleaning" of the nails were regular manicure and that it was separate from the powder. I could not really understand her English plus it didnt make sense to me at all. So, I very politely asked for someone who I can communicate better with and she just started talking in her language until a man, who I think is the owner, took over. He gave me colors to choose from, but I saw him take another one out. When I told him it was not it, he said the one he chose would look better with my skin color...? Fine, I didnt care. He used the uv light for final coat, which I had already said I didnt want. And the original lady only finished cuticles in one hand and this guy didnt even touch them on my other hand or pull them back to make the nail look better. I still cant believe it, since that's like the most basic step of a mani. I left somewhat satisfied but today (this all happened 3weeks ago), as I was removing the acrylic powder, my nails were completely destroyed! They hurt so much I can literally see and feel the raw skin underneath. He drilled on my nails so much that I can see, compared to the untouched, grown out nails, that it is almost completely gone (see photos). Again, I dont usually complain but this was waaay too much!! I still cant believe they did...

Never going back to this place again. During my last visit I got a pedicure and a uv gel fill in. My friend and I were both sat in pedicure chairs as soon as we walked in. My friends pedicure was done first, and I assumed I would be done right after her. I assumed wrong. The guy who did my friends pedicure did a woman's pedicure that just walked in and sat down. Actually, there were about 3 other people that got their pedicures done before I did. I waited an hour just for my pedicure, which at that time my water was already cold. Finally, Tina came and did my pedicure. WORST PEDICURE EVER. She scrubbed my feet for all of two seconds, and when I asked her to scrub a little more she told me that if she scrubbed more that my feet would bleed. She would also stop what she was doing every two seconds to look around and be nosey to see what everyone else was doing. Finally, she takes me to her station to start my nails. As soon as she sits down she picks up her phone AND MAKES A PHONE CALL!! At this point I've been in the salon for an hour and a half. She finally finishes my nails and tells me that the cost is $85. Mind you, last time I went there I got a pedicure and a full set of UV GEL tips, and I paid $70. The only difference this time is that I only got a fill in and few rhinestones added on my two fingers and toes. So basically, she charged me $30 for rhinestones!?!? Ridiculous! Oh, and i was there Thursday, it is now Tuesday and three of the 5 nails on my left foot have no polish on them because they peeled off (one of them being the big toe!)....

This place is horrible. Ive been there 3x to get my nails and or feet done. The last time I went there was for a pedicure, done by Kevin, dont know if he still works there, but I wasn't happy with the color and I asked him to change it and do a design for me, i had to wait for a lil bit but i was fine with that bc Kevin always did a great job on my feet..so now Kevin is doing my feet with multiple colors bc of the design im having done and then the owner Bobo came to us and he asked me if i liked my design, i said not to much, now im thinking he wants to takeover for Kevin, instead he tells kevin to stop doing my toes and leave me be, I said no he is going to finish bc im not complaining with him. Why would u tell him not to finish my feet. Just bc im the second to last customer in store. He walked away upset, well he made me upset. I gave Kevin a tip as I always did bc I really liked him. Now the very last time I went there was for to get my eyelashes done. This guy Bobo had the nerve to stop what he was doing and walk to the back where I was at about to get my lashes done by his wife and gonna make up some excuse that she cant do them, by this time i really felt discriminated against, so I was like no problem, i will not return to this shop and that has been since 2016..Never looked back. Customers beware of this place, it looks very nice inside but customer service is in the toilet especially from the...
