I stepped into this store for the first time out of curiosity and was greeted by Michelle Burton. I was looking at the jeans when Michelle asked me if I needed help finding my size and she proceeded to look through the jeans for me. Michelle was so kind and helpful. I told her that I didn't think anything in the store would fit me but Michelle took a look at me and told me I was a size 10 in jeans. I told her umm, no ma'am I'm a size 14. She insisted that I try the size 10 so i did and after trying the size 10 in multiple styles, I agreed with Michelle, I'm a size 10 in Express jeans. That was all I needed to hear; I let Michelle continue to style me and I walked out the store with $300 worth of clothes. Read moreI love Shopping at Express and being able to find a factory outlet was beyond exciting for me. At first walking into the store was really quite and no one was around to great me as I walked in. It felt sort of awkward as an employee was right next to me and didn't even say a word. But, after a while another employee greeted me which eased up the awkwardness of it all. I love the fact that their fitting rooms are just walk-in rather than having to bother the workers to open one up for you. They have a good selection of men's polos, tees, dress shirts and even blazer and suits where you can only find online. And finally the sales were great. I left with 2 Chinos and 2 polos for just under $100. At a retail store, that would have costed me $200. I would definitely recommend...

I am very disappointed with the level of customer service my husband experienced at Express. After realizing the store had made an error in charging him incorrectly, he returned to address the issue. Instead of receiving the professionalism and courtesy expected from such a reputable brand, he was met with hostility from the staff.
To make matters worse, they called him "stupid" in front of other customers, which is not only unprofessional but also deeply disrespectful. Mistakes happen, but how a business handles them speaks volumes about their commitment to customer service.
