WHIPS — Attraction in Logan

We went here for the first time today. The soda is decent enough to go again but customer service wasn't the best. To begin, pros were that I really like that they offer more than just drinks such as cookies, pretzels, etc. Plus having kids drinks is always a bonus. On top of that, it was a quick in & out option for drinks that was also pretty cheap. Cons were mainly customer service related. I have worked in customer service for a very long time and it's important to greet customers with a smile and positive vibes. We shouldn't hear any kind of attitude, monotone voice or sense that you may be having a bad day. It makes customers feel like they are a burden and essentially causes them to not want to come back. Besides that, the only other con was that we tried the salted pretzels but there was literally no salt on them. It was basically greasy bread. If they would have been salted properly they would have been the best pretzel bites we've tried. It's always better to have more salt then not enough because it can always be wiped off but it can't be put on once...

Obsessed already. They have the best drink combos! And their pretzel bites and treats are all so delicious. They have great customer service and the owners are so awesome. They gave us great recommendations on what to get. I’ve been a dozen times already, and tried new things each time, and haven’t been disappointed yet! My favorite drink is the “Main Squeeze” and I can’t pick a favorite treat or pretzel because they’ve all been sooo good!! My favorite part of going, is the free popcorn they hand out for the kids. For about 5 whole minutes while driving, my kids stop yelling, “mom, mom, mom!” because they’re busy eating popcorn, and it’s heaven sent. I’d pay big money for that, and it’s freeee! Makes my drink taste way better 🤪. My kids love the cinnamon pretzels and sweet cream dipping sauce. They ask to get it daily! This place is already a favorite for us all!...

We love whips! There’s a few things I wish they’d improve on. I only ever order diet drinks and they don’t print little tags for the drinks, or mark the lid of the drink so half the time I get home and check just to find out I wasn’t given a diet drink and I end up trashing it. We also love their pretzel bites but they are soooooo much better hot than cold and we get them cold probably 70% of the time lol The last one is anytime I order my kids drinks we never get the free popcorn and sucker and the few times I’ve asked I’ve gotten an attitude so I’ve just stopped asking. Either train employees to give the popcorn and sucker with a kids drink or don’t advertise it. I think their reward system is great and over all I love their drink options and my kids are obsessed so we will keep...
