TLDR: After buying a second faulty cartridge from Space Station, they refused to exchange it even though they had receipt of sale on file and the manager confirmed the cartridge wasn't functional.
This dispensary is close to my house so I stopped by on my way out of town at the end of June to exchange a cartridge I had bought there that wasn't pulling, regardless of what battery I attached it to.
I walked in and the team there was super chill and they exchanged it no problem, so I happily purchased an additional cartridge with the exchange.
When I arrived at my destination of several weeks, I discovered that one of the cartridges from the latter exchange didn't work either! I was super disappointed because I wouldn't be able to get back to longmont for a couple weeks, but I was glad I had gotten it from Space Station because they were so cool about it the first time.
I got back from vacation, caught up at home and work and finally made it to SS to exchange the cartridge on Tuesday August 6th at about 4:50 PM. Waited for 15 minutes and got a manager who tested the cartridge (with his battery and putting his ear up to it?) anyway he agreed it was broken and then pulled up my account and said
"You bought this more than two weeks ago, I can't exchange it"
to which I responded "This is the second faulty cartridge I've gotten from you in a row, are you serious?"
He informed me "I technically can't exchange cartridges anyway, it's a manufacturers issue, its a distribution thing, a gray area"
I found that to be really condescending, especially because I worked for five years in distribution of similarly regulated products on the front range and I know for a fact that manufacturers: Guarantee their products and replace faulty or non functioning products returned to their merchants. Will not tighten Quality Control if they don't know their products are faulty.
Even if somehow the manufacturer absolutely wouldn't front or split the cost of that return: If you sell bunk cartridges you should take enough pride in your business and customer relations to make it right.
He treated me like I was trying to scam him out of something. Cartridge was full.
So, I'm out $35, the dispensary is down a customer, and the manufacturers don't know their products aren't working.
All so the manager on duty didn't have to deal with, BOOOOO.

I’m not sure if the guy who was helping me was just having a bad day or what; but I felt like it was like pulling teeth trying to get any questions I had answered. I have cancer so I am very picky about what I intake and ask a lot of questions. This guy just wasn’t having it to the point of stopping helping me and starting to mess with the scales and randomly cleaning stations silently all while sighing and taking as much time as humanly possible when I asked to pull a strain out. At the end of it all, he even walked away and refused to say anything at all after the first couple questions were brushed off and just looked at me like “are you going to make a decision” nothing else said whatsoever the rest of the transaction. I just said I was good and walked out buying nothing. Very uncomfortable interaction and professionalism was nowhere to be found. Seems like a good place with decent product but definitely may need to re evaluate who they put in customer service facing positions. Truly disappointing and I don’t plan on coming back. Went right to JARS next door who was miles above with their customer service and to be in the same parking lot, I would tell anyone to just take their business there instead and don’t waste your time at space station. SUPER GREEDY PLACE TO GET HERB !! Not happy about this spot anymore. Everytime I go on they are raising their prices saying it's better weed. It's not !!!!! This whole exotics thing is a bunch of BS !!! Everytime I go on there are MORE exotics and Tier one than anything. And that's not normal !! I don't like it at all.
