Photos attached in "Photos" Recently purchased a sofa. I was in the shop twice for quite some time trying to decide on a sofa. The gentleman & woman were super nice & let me take my time. I was going back and fourth between two sofas. One being very $$$. I ended up first purchasing the more expensive sofa. Pro: let me change my order at the last minute and refunded money . Con: sofa came damaged. Wood legs were scratch & there is a stain on the fabric. I had email him and asked if I was getting the floor model and he said yes - which scared me a bit because I thought I saw little marks on it when I was there in the shop but didn't say anything (that was why I had asked him, but was reassured it was just put out on the floor...dumb for falling for it on my part). Thinking I wasn't going to be getting the floor model. I then emailed the gentleman pictures of the sofa & the damage and he tried to write it off saying that there was nothing wrong with the wooden legs and it could be polished off and that he could not see the stain on the couch. I'm super disappointed. At least he can make this right and give me one that hasn't been sat on in the shop. I mean, come on, normally you get a discount if you get a floor model...

As others have noted, this is a one-man operation. The owner is friendly and helpful, and you never feel like he is being pushy. On the downside, hours can be a bit hit or miss. Just give a call before you stop by to make sure...

But it's probably best to call ahead to make sure it is in fact open, even if it's during their posted hours and the sign in the door says "open." I think it's a one-man operation and he's not always there even if it's during regular hours. I went on a Monday around noon and the door was locked. He saw me and let me in and it was fine, I looked around and he answered questions. Next day I returned with my partner, 11:30 am on Tuesday, and again the door was locked and this time nobody came. Lights were off inside and...
