Miracle Laser Clinic — Attraction in Los Angeles

I had a bad experience with Miracle Laser Skin Clinic.

They did not provide proper skincare service as advertised, and the treatment were far below my expectation.

I was referred by a radio broadcast advertisement. The deal was for 10 sessions treatment package, with a worth of $1500, that was on sale for $599, with the duration of each treatment to last 1 hour and 30 minutes.

The skincare service that I've received were extremely unsatisfactory. Firstly, the duration of service were 50 minutes to an 1 hour at the most and the performance of service and the material they used were not what they promised. Every time I arrived, I had to wait even though I scheduled an appointment in advance. Secondly, for the second session, I had to wait 1 hour and 25 minutes just to even receive my treatment. I've asked them for improvement and better service 2 times on subsequent session, but there has been no effort or desirable results. Furthermore, there's been undue and persistent pressure where they constantly try to sell an upgrade to the $2700 package every time I arrive. After the first treatment, I called Miracle Skin Care to exercise the option to cancel my membership due to unsatisfactory service. It was declined due to breach of contract. Upon signing a contract, I was not advised the contents of the contract nor received a copy of the original contract. Be very careful when you sign a contract.

I believe what Miracle Laser Skin Clinic is promoting and selling includes false advertisement and I don't want to continue supporting their business as it goes against everything I believe a consumer is looking for with any service. I have had 5 sessions out of 10 but I will not go there anymore. Just waste...

저렴하지만 무례해요

칙칙함과 다크스팟이 고민이었고, 실장님이 추천하시는대로 파스텔토닝 10회 패키지 연말 프로모션 가격에 결제했어요. 꾸준히 받으니 얼굴이 좀 환해지긴 했는데 가장 고민이던 다크스팟이 아직 많이 남아서 추가로 받으려면 가격이 어떻게 되는지 여쭤보고 생각해보겠다 했더니 결제 강요하셨어요. 다른 데선 이렇게 싸게 못 받는다, 스킨케어 몇 회도 그냥 해주겠다, 그냥 해라, 디파짓이라도 해라… 얘기하신 가격은 저렴했지만 여길 계속 다니고 싶은 마음이 별로 없었던 참이라 저는 계속 생각해보겠다고 다음주 예약만 해달라고 하고 사장님은 예약은 안 해주시고 계속 결제 강요하시고..

그러던 중에 실장님이 나오시더니 하시는 말이, “사정이 어려운 것 같은데 20회에 얼마에 해주자”... 솔직히 처음엔 무슨 말인지도 못 알아들었어요 업주가 고객한테 할 말이 아니잖아요. 더 비싼 결제를 종용하면서 돈 없는 사람 취급하는 것도 말이 안 되고. 근데 그 말을 여러번 반복 하시더니 심지어는 직장인이니까 잘 못 벌겠지 라고 하시더라구욬ㅋㅋㅋㅋ 네?!?! 거기에 더해 이렇게 해준다고 할 때 얼른 감사합니다 하고 결제해야하는 거라고 ㅋㅋㅋㅋ ㅋㅋㅋ 내 돈 내고 관리받으러 다니면서 이런 취급 받을 일인가요..? 도대체 왜 그런 말을 손님한테 하는 거죠…? 그렇게 말하면 제가 아니에욧 저 돈 많아욧 혹은 헉 네 감사합니다 ㅠㅠ 하고 결제할 거라 생각하셨나요..? 너무 황당해서 화도 안 났지만 고객에게 이런 말을 하는게 맞아요?

시술도 아쉬웠어요. 사실 파스텔토닝이 다크스팟에 가장 적절한 시술은 아니라고 시술해주시는 분이 7-8회차 쯤에야 얘기해주셨어요. 어떤 선생님은 알코올로 닦고 레이저 쏜 얼굴을 시술 후에 바로 로션을 발라주시지 않고 한동안 방치하셔서 얼굴이 땡겨서 보습제 좀 발라달라고 얘기해야 하기도 했고 (그러고서도 더 방치). 9회차 때엔 피부에 트러블도 없었고 약하게 할 이유가 없었는데 왠지 굉장히 약하게 하셨어요. 효과가 아쉬우면 추가결제할 거라 생각하셨는지. 10회차는 뭐하러 가나 싶어서 그냥 안 갔습니다.

그래도 여기로 가게 되신다면 관심 있는 시술에 대해서 직접 꼼꼼히 알아보고 가시는 편이 좋습니다. 상담 실장님은 시술에 관해서 정확히 설명을 못 해주세요. 피코슈어프로가 피코웨이랑 어떻게 다른지 여쭤보니 '기계가 더 최신이라 차도 새 차가 옛날 차보다 더 좋듯 더 좋은 거다, 그것도 모르냐, 다른 사람들은 다 아는 거다'...ㅋㅋㅋㅋ 심지어 제게 추천하셔서 받게 된 시술은 알고 보니 앞서 말했듯 제게 가장 적절한 시술도 아니었고.. 다른 클리닉에 가서 얘기하니 다크스팟이 고민인데 대체 왜 파스텔토닝을 했냐고 하시더라구요..ㅋㅋ 그러게요 제가 사정이 어려워 보여서 더 잘 맞지만 비싼 시술은 추천 안 하셨나봐요~

예약 시간 맞춰 와도 30분정도 기다리는건 기본. 한번 컴플레인 했더니 그 다음 몇 주는 오자마자 해주셨는데 마지막으로 간 날은 그냥 조금만 더 기다려라 금방 해준다 하시더니 45분 기다렸습니다.

불시에 황당한 말 듣거나 매번 반 반말 들으시는 것 괜찮고, 오래 기다리시는 것도 괜찮고, 여러 시술에 관해 잘 알고계셔서 설명 들을 필요도 없고 엉뚱한 추천해주셔도 걸러 들으실 수 있는데 가격 저렴한 편인 곳 찾으시면 괜찮을 수도 있지만.. 저는 피코슈어프로는 없어도 더 꼼꼼하고 친절하게 잘해주시는 다른 곳 찾았어요.

I signed up for 10 sessions of Pastelle laser toning for uneven skin tone and dark spots per the consultation lady's recommendation with the end of year promotion. Treatments were somewhat but not fully helpful, so i inquired about the cost of additional sessions after my 8th session. The male owner then started pressuring me to sign up. I told him I’d think about it- I honestly didn’t enjoy coming here and really wanted to think about whether the low price was worth coming for another 10+ weeks. The man kept pressuring me and I kept repeating I'll think about it, please just give me an appointment for next week... Then the owner lady comes out and says, “It looks like she’s struggling (financially), why don’t we give her 20 sessions for $(price per session lower than what they originally offered, but a more expensive total)?” I honestly didn't understand what she was saying at first because who says that to a customer, or anyone really, and it didn't make sense to me that she would call me poor while trying to get me to spend more money on them. But she kept saying that and then went on to add, "You're just a 9-5 worker, I understand you don't make a lot of money." L O L?? Why would you say that? Was she trying to get me to be like, "I have money, i'll sign up"? Still befuddled. But that wasn't the end. She went on, "You just say thank you and pay already." Wow..

The same lady is in charge of consultations, but she can’t explain what each treatment entails in detail. I asked her what the advantages of Pico Sure Pro are over Pico Way, and she says, “Well, it’s a newer machine so of course it’s better, just like new cars are better than old cars. Don’t you even know that? Everyone knows that.” LOL ok...

I didn’t even bother going to my last session- they did my 9th session with super low power. I didn’t have any acnes, so there was no reason for them to do so. Did they think I’d want to sign up for additional sessions if I didn’t see enough results? The technician also admitted what I signed up based on the owner lady's rec isn't the most suitable treatment for my concerns.

And it’s not clean. I only realized that after I signed up, when I went into the treatment room. I also had to wait an average of 30 min for my sessions.

I’ve found a better place, fortunately....

This place is amazing! I was looking for a new place to take my mom for her skincare and when I heard about some great promotions at this place, I made up my mind to try - which was the best decision ever! I love all staff at this location including management which is VERY rare. I've tried numerous places before and I always ended up changing places because they ALWAYS end up recommending more than what I want or need. But this place is definitely different! I've been getting services at this place for years and I was not pushed to purchase anything other than what I want or need at the time. The manager actually said NO when I wanted to try "new" things. She said my skin doesn't need them or I don't need to get them so often and I should wait. When I heard her say those things, I knew I cannot go to another place EVER!!! Once you talk to the manager, you will know that she will give you the best option possible with GREAT pricing! They dedicate Mondays and Fridays to consultations only. So you will have enough time to discuss your wants and needs with proper explanation of all services. I recommend this place for anyone who is looking for any skincare needs! They have so many different services that are not fully described on Google. I come here to get EVERYTHING I need from clear looking skin to skin...
