We were guests at the hotel. When I went in for brunch, Grace the manager on duty was very rude and aggressive towards us from the beginning when explaining the covid rules. She repeatedly asserted we have to sit outside despite us already informing the host we are aware of the covid rules and requesting an outside table. It was loud and redundant and unnecessary. When we get seated itās in the heat. When we asked to sit in the shade she seemed inconvenienced annoyed and didnāt allow us to move tables. When we got the omelet it had no Ingredients in it whatsoever just an egg sleeve with nothing in it. Could not make that up. I never got my pancakes, my boyfriend didnāt get his toast and our other order was missing items as well. At no point did Grace apologize or show any remorse. Seemed like she was annoyed she had to do her job and wanted nothing to do with us from the beginning. As a guest at the hotel Marriott I expected to be treated with at least some level of decency or respect. This service was horrendous to the point where we just left and didnāt even eat our meal. They seemed happy to be rid of us frankly. I cannot believe Grace treats hotel guests this way and am frankly shocked she is in customer service let...

I changed my order as what was presented was wholly unappealing unless you were 6 years old leaving my partners to sit and wait while her meal got cold. No offer to remake hers to serve us at the same time, as if it was a fast food order instead of a dining experience. The dishes were nothing special, the Goat cheese agnolotti was overly sweet. It was not busy on a Wed morning around 9:30am, yet we had to wait at the reception for a while before we got seated as there was no one available to attend to us at the reception counter. As we got seated, the server came with coffee and orange juice and asked what we like so we said coffee. She poured us coffee and then asked if we had breakfast included in our stay which we said no. She gave us the menu and said coffee was included if we ordered buffet. When we later clarified that we didn't want buffet and wanted to order ala carte breakfast and cappuccino instead, she was not very friendly although she took back the coffee. The food here was ok...
