DO NOT! I REPEAT, DO NOT STAY HERE! I had an early flight to California and ask the employees if early check inn was available and was told no by two different people. My family and I occupied ourself until check inn which was 3pm. Since we couldn't check in early I assumed everything with our room would be ready, boy was I ever wrong! After trying to hike up to see the Hollywood sign and sight seeing I was ready for my hotel room so I could shower, eat, and sleep. The TV in my room didn't work and I had to wait 45minutes for someone to fix it. The water temperature wasn't working as well, it was only releasing scolding hot water and the internet wouldn't connect. I also saw I couple of ants on a table in my room. The next day I informed the hotel staff about everything except the ants because I only saw one and I thought it was no big deal. To sum up my long ass story , none of my issues about my room was resolved except my TV. The water temperature was Never consistent, the internet Never work at all and then to top it off some Ants found their way into the bed! I thought if i brought everything up upon checking out that i would receive some kinda of discount but i was told that i should've told someone about my issue and would've to speak with a manager about a discount. After calling for a whole week and leaving messages i finally get a manager on the phone to basically let me know that its not there fault and i was s.o.l. . All this to say, just make sure you guys do a freaking inspection check and alert the staff immediately for any issues you may have with the room Even if your on vacation trying enjoy yourself.

So...not terrible when you first pull up, the parking situation is a little tight as someone else mentioned, but hell, it's in LA! Anyways, if you look across the street there's a nice sized homeless encampment. Not to be impolite or stereotypical, but we didn't leave our room after dark because of it. Also, walking up to our room, there was an unattended saw just sitting on the stairs for over five hours. Others have also mentioned that there's no lock on the bathroom door, but even the main bedroom door only has one lock. And the front window was unlocked when we got our room, thank God I checked. The shower is the weakest shower I've ever been in. Oh, and one more thing. There was a freaking blood stain on my sheets when I pulled them back to go to bed. Our phone wasn't even initially plugged in to call housekeeping, but once we figured out what was wrong, a nice man named George (maybe Jorge?) came up and changed it at like 10 or 11 PM. After that everything is pretty fine, but the beds are just a little stiff. Edit (in response to comment by the owners): There will not be a next time. The fact that there was a blood stain in my supposedly clean bed alone is a health and safety hazard. Furthermore, your employees LEFT A SAW where patrons are constantly walking without any supervision for several hours. I do understand not being able to do anything about the area around your establishment, but saying you have employees constantly monitoring the area, and then having these two very jarring issues really raises questions about the validity of that statement.

Not the greatest area to stay in and on the first night at about 4 am someone start driving outside the property like a mad man, doing donuts and revving the engine. They managed to break down the gate to the hotel and even hit one of the cars inside that belonged to a person staying here. And car was crashed into that was parked outside. Everyone woke up to see what happened. After the first night everything else was calm. Wifi is spotty so I didn't even bother using it. We had a downstairs room and it felt like the people upstairs were pounding the floor anytime the walked. Room had a bit of a smell. And our door key had to be reactivated on the second night because it wouldn't let us in. Plenty of good Korean restaurants in walking distance and a boba shop right next door. Shower was fine and mini fridge was great. Don't know that I would stay here again, that first night incident was pretty scary.

I stayed in this hotel October3 through October 6 2019. My boyfriend was driving to LA to meet me and we were going to stay at the hotel. I was getting to LA around noon and I requested early check in. I was told I needed to call back. I called back and was told maybe by 1:30pm but I would need to call back. I called back and was told maybe by 2pm. Each time I called the phone rang and rang. Sometimes it just went to voicemail. Finally at 2pm I went to the lobby and was given a room key. I was then told we could only park one car per room at the hotel. My boyfriend had to park at a meter that we had to feed every two hours. I asked the front desk how much for an additional car and they said they can not accommodate. I asked for a nearby garage and they didn’t know of any. Saturday night we came back to the hotel after spending an exhausting day in LA and there was no street parking available at 10pm at night. We spent an hour driving around and trying to find a space or a parking garage without any luck. We went to the front desk for a suggestion for a parking garage and the clerk had no idea. I finally found a 24 hour garage 1.5 miles away. The next day we tried to check out a day early and they said since we had booked through hotels.com we would have to call hotels.com. I called hotels.com and they called the hotel right away and then told me all I had to do was go to the front desk and I would get refunded one night stay that I had already been charged since I wouldn’t be using it. The guy at the front desk took my card to issue me the refund but said it was declined. How can a refund be declined? He said he didn’t know call my bank. I called my bank and they said there was no reason I couldn’t get the refund on my card. There were no holds or alerts and they didn’t show any declined transactions on their end. The guy at the front desk just shrugged his shoulders and said the problem was with my card. I now have to file a dispute through my bank to get the charge reversed. I called the hotel and it rang and rang and sent me to voicemail. I would not stay again and would not recommend anyone stay there because if you run into any hitches and difficulty during your stay you are out of luck. The hotel will not help you and will just...

The room wasn't great, and it was quite old (see toilet seat picture) but that is not even the point of my review. I had a TERRIBLE experience at this hotel, thanks to the receptionist working the afternoon of the 17th of April 2025. After driving the whole week and that day particularly for 10 hours around California we finally arrive in Los Angeles where we were going to stay for 1 night and I decided to buy one pre-rolled joint right before checking in, thinking to leave our suitcases, get out and enjoy my evening in the city: I clearly did not smoke is and I just had it on me while entering and starting the check in process. Bear in mind I am, and I look 34 years old; I enter, exhausted, and the first thing he asks is "do you smoke"? To which I thought he meant cigarettes and I said yes, as I thought it was odd but maybe he asked so he could tell me where is the smoking area or something: after I say "yes" he tells me straight away " I cannot check you in, I can smell weed and I cannot check you in". After 10 minutes of this man being EXTREMELY rude, insisting of not being able to check me in when I literally did nothing and me trying to talk him out of this which was clearly unlawful given the fact that I also booked it through a third party, my boyfriend comes in. The man gets scared as he thought I was alone and had treated me so badly till then, and as soon as my boyfriend starts to speak, he tells us he can book us in only if we pay a 100 dollars deposit, which we accepted only because I did not want to look for another place in LA that time. Horrible experience, and even the way this man was speaking to me was just disgraceful. I am 34 and my boyfriend is 43: I literally bought one pre-rolled joint as 8 cannot even roll them since I literally almost never smoke a d I just had it on me, and this man kicks me out of the hotel....
