The folks at Bargin Supply Co are as good as it gets. We walked in here with intentions to look at scratch and dent washers and dryers. We were blown away by their great selection of not only scratch and dent but brand new appliances also. But that's not where it ends. We were approached by a fella named Phil who gave us a run down of some specials they were about to have. We told them our budget and what we were looking for. They then had a great deal on a set of brand new Electrolux washer and dryer. They said they'd have to let us know when they were getting them in though as they hadn't arrived when they were supposed to. So we gave Phil our number and to call us once he knew. After leaving Phil called us and regretted to tell us they would not be receiving the model that he quoted us. So instead, they were going to give us the upgraded model for the SAME PRICE, a savings of over $400 from Lowes and Home Depot. This spoke volumes for their customer service and overall dedication for making their customers happy. This is what you get from a small "mom and pop shop" type shop as compared to the bigger retailers.

In addition to their great supply and brand variety, their prices are superb. Quick example, a large shop broom for $35 compared to a similar one at Lowes for $40. This place rocks. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend them. Everyone was super nice...

Bargains are great. However, internal communication is horrible. The salesmen clearly have no communication with the people who answer the phone, because they had to "track down" my order because it was on backorder and I had not yet paid. I do not understand how I called and placed an order but there was no record of it in the computer. If the salesmen are just keeping their individual notes on who orders what because it hasn't been paid for and isn't isnt in the system, how are your consumers and staff supposed to know that you've actually ordered it?Finally, when my items were paid for and to be picked up, I was assured that my handyman could pick up the appliances with a receipt. They tried to give him someone else's completely different order and appliance initially despite him having the receipt with my name. Then, after they brought out the 'correct' items, loaded them up, when he was halfway to my house he got a call from Bargain Supply letting him know they had loaded up the wrong items. He had to return, unload the incorrect items and then make them check that the new items were absolutely correct. It's really not that hard to read a receipt and match it with a serial number. Maybe take some criticism and try to improve instead of tearing into anyone who dares leave anything less than 5 stars. As a small business owner, If I had seen how you handled negative reviews, maybe I would have taken my business elsewhere and saved...
