Please & Thank You "MARK" — Restaurant in Louisville

The cookies were wonderful and more delicious than I imagine. The service was good all the way up until after the cashier took my order. I ordered a latte and the girl who obviously takes care of the drink orders, also let me say that girl was not doing anything. She had no orders that she was workong on at the time. She played on her phone for 5 minutes and looked up at me several times before taking my cup that the cashier slid down to her five minutes prior. After she got finish doing whatever she was doing on her phone, she looks up at me again and then takes the cup that's been sitting on the counter to make my drink. Once she was finish she looked up at me again knowing that I was waiting for that drink so instead of her handing me the drink, she takes it down to the other end of the counter and calls out the order. Overall I just want to say that playing on your phone and making a customer wait until you decide to get off of your phone is rude. The girl acted as if I was bothering her and preventing her from what she was trying to do. My point is small businesses before opening up your place of business please make sure that all staff is trained in customer...

This place is the perfect set-up. Coffee is very good. Treats are unbelievably delicious...I read the reviews and had my doubts about the best cookie, but it exceeded expectations and I was never happier to be wrong. The chocolate chip cookie was chewy, but slightly crispy, perfect taste of chocolate with the tiniest touch of flake salt, maybe. I mean, delicious. The brownie was chewy and...I really don't have the words...it was good. Thought we would try the oatmeal creme pie to find the weakest link, and they got us again...it was superb!! I honestly have no complaints. If there is a bad thing on the menu, we didn't find it. The girl that took our order was kind and patient and explained the drinks so well, she didn't steer me wrong with the iced Honey Bee Latte. Wasn't too sweet, which I hate, but still so tasty. The atmosphere was fun and something we would long for when we want something to do...if only we lived closer!! There is a juke box, which is...

This place is extremely overhyped so lower your expectations significantly!

CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE $3.25 Their description: "Louisville's BEST Chocolate Chip Cookie. Our claim to fame." *Definitely NOT!! They taste exactly like Keebler soft batch cookies - is it a copycat recipe? They're chewy, undercooked dough, you can taste the grainy sugar, chocolate chips were semi-sweet borderline flavorless. I couldn't even eat more than a few bites hoping it would get better but this cookie went in the trash. I can't imagine that this is the best cookie in Louisville.

DERBY BAR $4.25 bourbon, walnuts, chocolate chips *In comparison to the cookie, this at least had some flavor and texture but overall was fairly dry.

I didn't try any of their beverages but notably had unique drinks like butterscotch latte, ganache latte, Mexican hot chocolate, etc. so perhaps this is their saving grace but I would definitely stay away from their baked goods. Massively...
