Aviod at all cost, also look at the reviews on the better business bureau they have 1 star on average. Saw they had 2 nintendo switch consoles in stock and tried to order one for pick up. That was around 12, I got home from work with no confirmation so I checked on the app to see if I could pick it up yet. That's when it said out of stock pending further action. The actions listed were ship to store, pick up from another store (all other out of stock within an hour from me), or ship to house. I called this local targets customer service and asked a very simple question, "would it be quicker to get it shipped to my house, or to this store". My thinking was maybe they could have the store that's an hour and a half away transfer the stock to their store, instead of having to go through a fulfillment center for processing and all that stuff. The answer I got was that it is quicker for it to just be sent to me because they have 2day shipping. So I then choose that action and was surprised by the 6 day expected wait. I then go to this stores customer service desk and asked if it could just be switched back or if I could just take the 3 hour drive to go pick it up at the other store. I was then told by the person I talked to on the phone that "no" because he told me to switch it that it's now locked and they can't help. So because I listened to their rep who lied to me on the phone telling me it should get there by Monday with 2 day shipping the only option I have is to wait the 6 days for the item or wait 5 days for a refund. Whereas if I would have just called someone else or talked to someone who knew what they were doing I would have been able to pick it today even though it would have been a 3 hour drive. Horrible experience, I would suggest signing up for Sam's club across the street. The membership price is worth not having to deal with employees misinforming or lying to you (whichever you believe). Also reporting to better business bureau for bait and switch tactics getting me to choose target over best buy because it was listed as in stock and still is listed as in stock even though they are not within a 30 mile range of me. Had I known they were out of stock I would have just ordered with best buy and used the fastest shipping option (ironically 2 day shipping that takes 2 days). All said and done I spent 3 hours on the phone and in the store talking customer service. After calling corporate I was offered a whole 20 dollars off (just saw that it will take between 7 and 14 days to receive) a 350 dollar order, taking that 20 and putting it towards the Sam's...

Each minute feels like forever. The lights turn on, the doors finally open, you let a nice gentleman go ahead of you because you dont want to seem too eager. You rush to the isle where the item would be stocked at and then disappointment kicks in. Where is it. Today's the day. You were here at opening. You followed the rules. Today is the release. You kindly ask one of the workers "where is it? Today is the release of this item." They say, "we might have some in the back" they walk away leaving you with a little shred of hope. They come back empty handed. You heart falls into your stomach. The worker continues to say, "The vendor stock it earlier this week" You leave, empty handed, disappointed, angry amd frustrated. You followed the rules amd the scalpers won. Moral of my review, dont shop here if Target won't follow the rules. Today was release day for Final Fantasy Magic The Gatherimg Gift Bundle and I was there first to buy 1 box. Nothing. Not a single box. Target, do better. I am writing to let you know how grateful I am to one of your employees, Cheyanne. Without her, my entire holiday season would have been ruined. Last night, 12/28/2021, I was at your Target location in Easton, Pennsylvania. I had an online pick-up order for two things. I quickly ran to customer service after work to obtain them. She was courteous and helpful. When I left, I must have dropped my wallet near the counter. It was not until I drove home that I realized and went back to the store. After looking in the parking lot I ran into the store frantic. She greeted me at the counter again with a smile. She collected it where I left it and was going to take whatever steps she could to contact me. Not many people these days would do such an honest and wonderful thing.
